I'm not talking about matchups. I'm talking pitchers. Hamels to me is the best pitcher going tonight, however I think I can find the same value 3k cheaper.
But he's not the best pitcher going today regardless of matchups...he's probably ~3rd in a similar spot as a few other guys.
you think harvey is the best matchup? i would agree under normal circumstances but idk what to think about his dead arm issue that was brought up after his last start
OK, question here. Looks like Max diversified his rosters a bit tonight but rolled with Harvey/Hamels & Tulowitzki on every one.
Since Tulo donged already it seems he's running above expectation on the Hamels/Tulo combo. But is this a smart play when they're facing each other? He's not punting SS at $4k.

I don't like it. paying more for Hamels than either guy in SD is worse though, imo.
Strasburg was a good play tonight (as were Harvey,Hamels,Shields and Liriano) but if you want to look at his season ERA and few other numbers you can feel free to say he was a bad play. I'm not going to bother to argue.

Are you talking cash or tourneys? Because it is obv awful for tourney but can be ok at times in cash.
