I'm not going to search for it, b/c I won't waste anymore of my time on this league but the post in question is in regards to the Salary Cap issues I was raising. Karak basically said "We're not changing anything so quit your bitching". If he deleted I don't know seems unlikely probably just no one looked for it long enough b/c its at the end of a 3 or 4 sentence paragraph if memory serves me right. Either way I distinctly remember reading that b/c it came out of left field and I thought it was inappropriate, but waived it off at the time.

Look I'm sorry I wasn't in on this from day 1, but I chose to learn how to play poker intelligently over the course of this league concept creation and I had a hoops team to manage in a high stakes league that demanded my free time. So I came in late in the process and had alot of questions. I don't think I should be criticized for that. Especially when I was just adding my opinions all at once when everyone else's opinions where spread out over 2 months in this thread. But likely I had the same number of opinions as everyone else they were just bunched together.

The quit bitching thing is a problem for me b/c its symptomatic of several times b4 when I sincerely brought concerns to Karak and exit and felt their response was essentially quit bitching. Neither Karak or exit will humble themselves to say yeah dude you were right about Fifield we should of taken you seriously. But I never was taken seriously, which I guess is why its easy to make fun of all of my comments.

Bottom line this league is drafting over the course of a month. Its time consuming to be a part of. If thats the case it should at least be fun. But its not fun to be taken lightly, made fun of, and told to shut up.

No one likes me in this league anyways, I shouldn't be missed. It should be a welcomed turn of events.

I do not recall ever telling you to stop bitching in this thread. I did remove something from that post, and it was "no one cares." I removed it so quickly that I doubt you saw it.

I'm sorry you feel this way about the league. Your reaction on the page previous (I use 50 posts per page) was so extraordinary and angry that I wasn't sure what to make of it. I don't think anyone on an internet forum has posted something directed at me like that before. I wasn't sure how to react. I'm still not.

I think I came at this issue appropriately at first and my concerns were not taken seriously. That bothers me. I acted very inappropriately afterwards. I'm going to lose my cool probably 100% of the time when someone steps to me and uses language like stop your bitching, that implies that I'm a little bitch or something to that effect. I asked exit "wouldn't it help to at least try and talk to Fifield try and explain the salary cap to him. Try and find out whats up with all of the min-bidding?" Exit basically said "there's nothing going on and even if something wrong was going on he couldn't really prove it or do anything about it." I said "yeah probably so, but it wouldn't hurt to talk to him right?" Exit "don't worry about it".

Ok thats fine I get it I can be annoying (unintentionally) however my goal was to help improve the league all along. But when it comes out that I had a valid point and the co-commish is so arrogant about how he really doesn't think he did anything wrong and basically telling me to shut up again. Yeah I'm going to have a problem with that. I should of handled it better but I didn't.

my apologies. I wasn't trying to upset anyone in this league. I got to the point where even I was sick of saying the same thing over and over and over again. So I'm pretty sure you and everyone else got sick of hearing it. But what else was I suppose to do when nobody's listening?

The only other alternative is not to care and quit. Which is what I'm doing now.

As for the draft, my co-manager is a Red Sox fan and one of my targets would have been Ryan Westmoreland so you can pencil him in for Westmoreland here at 36 and hopefully he responds to mine/Karak's emails b4 it gets back to pick 43

My co-manager is a good dude. He's basically been very busy this month, but has told me numerous times he really is looking forward to having fun in this league for this season and beyond.

He's checked the auction page a few times, but has primarily been letting me handle everything in regards to drafts/trades etc. When he signed in the first time he said "oh cool, AR is in this league" So another_rack apparently he knows you and is cool with you. Also Thay3r knows him b/c he's in the $1k fantasy league with us there.

He's paid the full $200 buyin and this just happened <2 hrs ago. There's no way for him to be expected to foresee this so I think he should be given time to be contacted. We gave 48 hrs to Levarkin before he had paid a buyin and that worked out well. I think the same courteousy needs to be given to my co-manager.

And no matter if you don't like me, it has nothing to do with my co-manager. So please don't make him suffer b/c you don't like me.

If TC's co-owner doesn't want to take the team over, Coff is ready and willing and waiting in the wings. So either way we'll have a replacement. I'll keep you guys updated.

I'm offering two proposed solutions for the ffield issue. I reserve the right to suspend and restart the vote if someone offers an amended or clearly better proposition. If you do not vote, I will vote for you. Let's give this 24 hours or so. TC's team/new owner will be ineligible to vote and won't count against the tally. The winning vote must have a MAJORITY (7). If there is no majority, we will revise, I'll cut the options down to 2 and we'll vote again. In the case of a tie... well, ****, I don't know what we'll do. Ffield may vote if he wishes, but he might be better off reserving his vote. Up to him.

First, we'll decide how to fix the teams hurt. Second, we'll decide what to do with ffield.

Question 1: How to fix teams that are hurt.

You may either vote for option A, option B, or option C, which will be to go back to the drawing board and come up with different proposals.

Option A:

Full 100% salary repair to all the teams affected

Option B:

Any auctions that were bumped in the final 4 hours will get 100% salary fix.

Any auctions bumped any other time will get a 75% salary fix.

Option C:

Go back to the drawing board and come up with better proposals.

Question 2: What to do with ffield.

Option A:

Do nothing.

Option B:

His last 5 rookie draft picks will come after the field has completed their rookie drafts.

Option C:

I think we should do something, but it should be a different proposal.

I will not be voting at this time in order to reduce bias, and by no means should you construe my support of any of the above options from the fact that I offered them.
