I remember last year during the season there was support for raising the number of DL slots this year to adjust for the 10 day DL which had most of us at or over the 4 DL threshold at some point in the season.

I propose we add at least one more DL slot, for a total for 5 or more.

Disagree. Rosters are pretty big in this league already. It's not the end of the world to have a couple of slots filled with guys on the DL for a while.
