Gose should be back in the minors, he was sent back down.

Franklin also not with team to start the year, I can send him back down too right?

I have 2 empty slots.

Wasn't the rule if they don't start the year with the team and in the minors you have the option to put him back in minors before the year starts.

Muck,

Yes, you can send those guys back down to make some space. As Exit clarified earlier in the offseason, their service clocks will still start this season because they exceeded the rookie playing time threshold irl.
