Hey - having trouble discerning when the Rookie Cut / ML Cut deadline is?

So I have Jose Altuve at a price that I won’t pay for next year. All of you would like Jose on your team for next year. Think of how much salary you’re willing to pay him, let me know that number and I’ll give you a price.

Who do I send cuts to? How many do I need to cut to get all my draft picks? If a ML player is going to be in the Majors this year can he be moved to my majors roster?

Cuts to me, yes minors guys can be promoted now if you want, you need to cut/promote at least 2 minor leaguers to get all 5 of your picks, and cut a minimum of $15 of 2018 salary to be legal (and would have no slots available)

Just confirming how many Minor Leaguers I need to cut? I saw 2 somewhere, but I think there is actually a pick in Levarkins name that should be in mine so I need to cut 3. Can anyone confirm?

I have you listed as acquiring 5 picks (Levarkin 4th, Muckface's 2nd and 5th, and Pecota's 1st and 3rd) and trading away 2 picks (your 4th, Muckface's 5th), leaving you 8 picks + 14 current minor leaguers.. so to keep all the picks you'd need to cut/promote 2.

Did I miss a trade in there?
