That's hardly fair to the teams that have already played that team and lost. Kind of think that if you do anything, the roster should be locked as is and all matches involving the team should be null and void (I would be saying this independent of having lost to the team before they dropped), but failing that, opponents should need to defeat whatever the consensus lineup should be for who is on the roster as of right now.
Also don't think it is fair or appropriate to require joe or whatever to need to use waivers on them at all - they had four qb's on the roster, if none of them are available, that's too bad, you can't ask someone to say who they should pick up, whether it should be the best qb available or just someone who will not pick up a zero, and who they would drop from the roster to facilitate that.
