yep scoring/free agent acquisition system/positions/number of bench spots etc remains same as last year

only thing that i've changed is the traid deadline, which is now late november rather than mid november. this is b/c a couple ppl got annoyed last year about how early it was

all rules are available on the league site if anyone needs to remind themselves

update, we're dropping down to 10 derpers b/c something came up for someone, and there's no point press ganging both of the 'in if needed' people as 10 is perfectly good number of participants

derpers, adjust your carefully constructed draft strategies accordingly (yah right, just concentrate on not misclick-drafting a kicker in round 1)
