QB question?

2 QB league 6 point passing TDs. I have

Rivers
Palmer
Smith

Definitely starting Rivers and leaning Smith over Palmer. Smith really looked good week one against SB champs and carved them up. Like the weapons of Hill/Hunt/Kelce but he historically is not a heavy passer. Smith at home opener versus Philly who can be thrown on.

Palmer on the other hand is looking old and lost the biggest piece of his offense in DJ. But he is playing the meager Colts which is a great matchup. And will probably have to throw.

I see it as Smith but close and want to know if anyone here can change my mind?

I'd probably lean Palmer too, since the Colts made Goff look good and they'll have to throw.

Probably Kerwynn but wouldn't feel great about it. Just because he's at least a lead back and you don't know what you're gonna get out of Mixon, especially on a TNF game

Williams prolly gets the ball the most out of that group and against Indy would lean that way. Sproles is interesting to me this year but I need to see more.

Rodger at RB
Cobb slight edge over Sanders. Cobb got lots of targets so I'd lean that way but likely close.

I lost Johnson, So im probably expected to score 10 pts less than my opponent. I have Aaron Rodgers, Cobb could work well stacked with Rodgers.

.5 PPR
6pt TDs

Cam Newton vs BUFF or Carson Palmer @ IND (Goff and Siemian are available in FA)

Carlos Hyde @ SEA or Tarik Cohen @ TBB (Or Mark Ingram vs NEP, I suppose)

Leaning Palmer because everyone is saying the Colts are awful and as stated earlier ITT, the Cardinals running back situation is now ****ed. Plus, the Bills only allowed 12 points last week, and the internet thinks Newton isn't all that fantastic to begin with.

Cohen has all the downsides of sharing the load with a T1 back and being a Rookie, but Carlos Hyde isn't exactly a phenom, and he's up against the Seahawks who I hear are hard to beat on the ground. Mark Ingram vs Patriots seems plausible, but even as a non football watcher, I know the Patriots have been hot **** for at least a decade. Do they really **** the bed two weeks in a row? Also, the Saints seem to have a lot of people to share fantasy points with. Particularly THREE backs that all share snaps.

I got roped into a $200 fantasy league this year and prior to Sunday, had watched maybe 3 football games in the past 8 years. All Packers playoff games. I'm fiercely competitive so I'm now sitting here at the office reading about football instead of working. Help me out 2p2. Am I doing it right?

Some fun ones:

Pick a defense:

DEN vs DAL
PHI @ KC
NE @ NO

Don't like any of them, it's a deep league (which is why I have 3), so no real options in FA. ESPN likes NE, but yuck @NO. Leaning DEN just cause they're the better D?

Full PPR, pick 1 WR and 1 flex:

Shepard vs DET
Lockett vs SF
T Coleman vs GB
Abdullah @ NYG

Leaning Shepard and Coleman, but could be convinced Lockett over Shepard?

6pt TD passing:

Palmer @ IND
Dalton vs HOU

Leaning Palmer all things considered, but not sure if that's an overreaction to Dalton's last week

Full PPR, pick 1 flex:

J Matthews @ CAR
R Matthews @ JAX
J Allen vs CLE

Have JMatt in there now, but all 3 seem fine

Need to pick 3 from the following 4 (non-PPR):

TY Hilton vs Ari
Blount @ KC
Landry @ LAC
K. Williams @ IND

All seem pretty mediocre. Leaning towards sitting Hilton as his QB situation is so bad.

.5 PPR:

Marlon Mack (from FA), Kerwynn Williams, or Blount?

PPR, need 2 of:

Hopkins (Thurs, @CIN)
Fitz (@IND)
Diggs (@PIT)
Landry (@LAC)
Golladay (@NYG)

don't think Landry or G'day factor into this but torn between Diggs and Fitz. Leaning Fitz since Cards will throw a bunch with DJ out and Bradford @PIT will probably get his lunch ate.

bonus TE stream:

Doyle (vs. ARI)
James (vs. MIN)
Howard (vs. CHI)

I'm a moderate dog this week so need some upside, feeling like Howard has the potential to break some big plays

0.5 ppr, start Diglett @ Stealers over either Demaryius vs Cowboys or Hopkins @ Bungles?

Standard, need one from Marshall vs Lions, Parker vs Chargers, Hurns vs Titans or Hogan @ Saints - could pick up Amendola if needed?

yahoo half ppr 4pts for TD pass

pick 1 qb

Cousins @ RAMS
Smith vs PHI

pick 1 rb still half ppr

Coleman vs GB
J. White @ NO
Riddick @ NYG

truly lost at qb. ride smith's hot hand at home with potential rain or trust cousins to bounce back vs LA?

rb seems pretty straight forward...leaning coleman potentially leveling myself into playing white

Ebron @ NYG
or
Hooper vs GB

also

(pick 3 of the 5 to start)
Hogan @ NO (amendola might be out)
Allen vs MIA
Pryor @ LAR
Tate @ NYG
Maclin vs CLE

I think James is the easy play there, even against MIN.

I'd avoid Howard for now - TB has basically given multiple signals to us that Brate will be the fantasy relevant TE, and Howard will be mostly a blocking TE as a rookie.

Stick with Smith. The Rams are not a defense to "bounce back" against, especially when the OC who made Cousins look so good is their head coach now.

I do think White would be a good option in any kind of PPR format.

Which Allen? I think Maclin has the best matchup but maybe the worst QB. Pryor and Tate should be the best overall but they're difficult matchups. I probably play Tate anyway. Not sure on the third spot yet.

And I'd play Hooper comfortably but I don't think Ebron is very good.

All right, some putrid decisions here in a dynasty league. The scoring system here is: 6 point passing TDs, 1 point rushing first down, 0.5 point passing first down, 0.5 point receiving first down, 0.5 PPR.

QB:
DeShone Kizer @BAL
Mike Glennon @TB

(the other QBs on the wire are Brian Hoyer, Josh McCown, and Jacoby Brissett)

WR, I need 3 of 5:

DeVante Parker @LAC
Tyler Lockett v SF
Marqise Lee v TEN
Nelson Agholor @ KC
Eric Decker @ JAX

Pretty sure I'm playing Parker and probably not Decker but I struggle to decide which one to sit beyond that. And I can't find a consensus on the four beyond Parker.

EDIT: I should mention that Cameron Brate is also an option for one of these slots. I guess Evan Engram too if you really feel him already.

Oh, definitely play him then. I guess I'd probably go Allen, Pryor, Tate. Hogan could make a good high variance upside play.

i think i reluctantly bump lee up to #2 of that list with the injury to robinson. i like agholor a bit more than lockett at this point, he co-led the team in targets week 1 and looks good out of the slot.

need one wr, one rb, one flex, non ppr:

leaning to the top 3 but think these are close

1pt PPR

Need to choose 1 of

Coleman vs GBP
Miller @ CIN
Golladay @ NYG
Thielen @ PIT
Thomas vs DAL

Immediate thoughts are Lamer Miller but Golladay and Thielen looked really good last week, even if it's still not sure how consistent they'll be.
