The days of high quality free advice is gone and good advice will either be behind paywalls, from backers, or doled out in private between players bouncing ideas off one another in small consortiums.
I don't see any reason for new members to join a community when there is nothing to be gained as far as advice goes.
The only other way to grow would be some form of inorganic growth that amounts to basically buying users through something like a rakeback deal struck with the sites for active users here in exchange for a cut of ad revenue from the forum, but I can't see the either side going for that.
