Agree with 64 to an extent. I think 20-30 is high, but like the top 15 picks is correct. The 1st rounders never really change unless they die in the preseason. There isn't much movement from like 16-40 but it's not surprising if a late 2nd right now drops to like an early 4th.

Same. Once all my drafts all over, it's kinda sad.

qb: Wilson
rb: lamar miller, doug martin, Charles sims
wr: Antonio brown, Julio, Sammy, lafell, Patterson
te: kelce

Im leaning toward accepting bc its a dynasty league with a "blowup" provision where the league ends if a team wins 2 championships in a row or 3 total and two teams already have two. so although im given up younger players for more established players, its not as big a deal since the league probably wont go on for more than a few years.

I think it's kinda meh overall. Probably wouldn't do it. You should see if you can't get an RB instead of fitz/marshall.

ended up pulling the trigger but also got him to throw in crowell for sims. ill prob try to package marshall or fitz with crowell or martin for a rb upgrade.

my roster 4 weeks ago was this

qb- Wilson
rb- McCoy, ellington, sims
wr- brown, roddy, torrey smith, harvin, lafell, Patterson
te- nobody

I made 4 trades and gave up several first rounders for Julio and now have

qb- Rodgers
rb- lamar miller, crowell, martin
wr- brown, Julio, cobb, marshall, fitz, lafell
te- kelce

That's much better. Especially with the blowup rule. Not much value on draft picks.

Looking for feedback on my first mock please. This is Yahoo. I plan on playing Pro Leagues this year and am unfamiliar with this format of 3 wrs. Drafted 5th, 16th, 25th... because I wanted to see how I could shape a Gronk team. Really hard to fill in blanks I found.

QB - Tannehill (10)
WR - Nelson (2), Sanders (4), Matthews (6)
RB - Ingram (3), Miller (5)
TE - Gronkowski (1)

Bench
WR - Charles johnson (7), Cruz (8), Davante Adams (12), Reuben Randle (14)
RB - Blount (9), McFadden (11), Kh. Robinson (11), Jonas Gray (15)

I hated all my Graham teams last year, so I'll have 0 gronks this year.

Yahoo pros are non ppr, right? Assuming that's right I'd stay away from gronk

This team is okay. Tanny is probably top 10, your WRs are probably about league average with some upside, your RBs are probably behind most but both those guys have huge potential if they get the work load, and obviously you are crushing everyone at TE.

I think you reached pretty hard on Cruz in the 8th... No one has ever really come back from his injury and been the same guy (I do love that you got him and randle though) and for that reason hes almost completely off my board.

Blount was a humongous steal and could easily end up being better than Ingram or Miller.

I love Gronk but everytime I have mock drafted and taken him early I end up with a team like this that I like but dont love. I will have to experiment some more but I probably wont grab him till the late first.

what? thats like saying I hated all my Adrian Peterson teams last year (which you probably did) so youll have 0 jamaal charles' this year.

Unless you are trying to say that TE production is less predictable than other positions so you dont want to spend an early pick on Gronk, that would make sense though idk if thats true.

Pretty much what you wrote first. After every draft last year where I took Graham late first, I did not like my team. He's a great talent obviously, but there's no way I'll have him on any team at his current ADP.

Earliest I'm taking Gronk is the 3rd round, and we all know he's not dropping that far. Give me guys like Kelce, Olsen, hell, even Richard Rogers might be a late round sleeper.

id much rather have a 1st rd RB and a 6th rd TE (like olsen) or an 8th rd TE (like fleener) than the inverse of that

I still dream of joining a league where we define day 1 starters for all teams, and the goal is to get the lowest point total at year's end by drafting teams from those players. I think picking bums is hilarious and probably not that easy when doing so against 11 others. You gotta dress players who start, but you are encouraged to dress guys starting as a decoy, or likely to get hurt again or pulled.

THEN, I guarantee you Run DMC's ADP is what people previously mentioned itt

Is it draft only? If yes I'm in.

Any place to find solid, oft updated depth charts like Fangraphs in baseball? Any other research tips for a newb who couldn't name 25 players in the league?

Its a little early for depth charts, anything you found now wouldn't really be worth much. It will give you an idea but things are going to move around quite a bit still.

Yeah, draft only... winner takes all I believe, and second gets a free entry into an MFL 10 next year.

wait until the 2nd week of preseason to get a good sense of the depth charts. then just use a combo of nfl.com/espn.com/yahoo's depth charts. football is a lot more fluid than baseball, a 4th string RB can become the starter in a matter of days, so find good lists of people to follow on twitter about reports and what not, and pay really close attention to injuries.

10 person 2rb/3wr/flex ppr?
this group of running backs is atrocious.

If you dont have some RB lottery tickets on the bench then i would look to deal for a RB that catches - this team looks like it can win now, so even an old like Gore would be a major improvement

What are peoples general thoughts on the round for drafting Ameer Abdullah?

I like the Joique Bell storyline as much as anybody but he is 28, coming off injury and has really been ineffective in the running game for 2 years

Riddick had some big catches but offers little as a runner

Bush's 40 catches gotta go to somebody

It seems like this guy could steal the 3 down role in Detroit if everything falls right. Still, I wonder if his size(205) and slower 40 (4.56) times will make him just another great college back that can't cut it in the NFL

I mean it should def be resolved by the time drafts roll around, but until it does I would want no part of Gronk as a trade target in keepers or in early early drafts.
