Hmm so, in terms of the settings for waivers, I have the following:

TIME PLAYERS ARE ON WAIVERS (Set to 2 days)
DETERMINE WAIVER PRIORITY BY (Set to Continual Rolling List)
WAIVER RULE (Set to Game Day - Tuesday)
AFTER DRAFT, MAKE ALL UN-ROSTERED PLAYERS (Follow Waiver Rules)

It's not obvious to me which of those I need to change. Any idea?

Yeah it's not in there for me. Just these options (checked on both desktop and device). Yahoo has a Twitter page for fantasy help, so I've DM'd them
