Right now just taking expressions of interest. Generally we prefer to leave it for people who post at least semi-regularly in the forum's soccer threads but if we're low on numbers then may be slightly more liberal.

If you're interested, please post below:

- Preferred buy in (we've done $50 and $20 in recent years, if we've enough runners we can do both)
- Suggested draft date (probably will be a Sunday in late August)
- Rule preferences - we did .5 PPR last year, but open to suggestions
- Preference for draft or auction

Also, BAIDS has run this very effectively in previous seasons, so if he wants to jump back in then I'm very happy to relinquish the commissioner's hat.

This is exactly how I felt about 10(!) years ago, but it's a great and low-stakes way to get into watching the GOAT sport - drinking is also encouraged.

i tried to get a spot last year but you guys were booked up.

i'm looking to get a regular spot with some guys i can talk **** with and have a good time with every year.

i am a regular poster in OMG ( Schlitz mmmm can vouche for me) and i don't post many other places ( i don't want to get banned now)

That's 10 regular posts and 3 non-regs that are interested. Given the number of people that said they'd be in for higher ($50) and lower ($20) leagues, I suggest we try to run two to be as inclusive as possible.

I suggest the following:

- Expressions of interest to remain open for a couple of weeks to see if we can get up to a number of around 24.
- Set a draft day for Sunday 29th August. Given we've got a mix of Americans, Europeans, and at least one Aussie, it's going to be very difficult to find a time that suits everyone. We've typically done after the late PL game (i.e. 6.30pm UK time). Happy to have suggestions, but ultimately given that not every date/time suits everyone, I'll have to make an executive decision.
- I'll send PMs/post in here asking for money around 7-10 days before the draft day.

6.30pm UK will destroy the Aussie. That’s 3.30am for me. I’d be happy to get up at 6am if you could make it 9pm UK?
