Ok, I just realised that we didn't confirm prizes, so just going to do it now. For newcomers, this structure has been quite normal for us for the last few years:

Total prizepool - $240*

1st - 50%
2nd -25%
3rd - 15%
Top non-cashing league players - 10%

This will come out to something like ($120; $60; $35; $25). People have sent money in both $ and £, but it seems foolish for me to convert one to the other right now, when I will have to just convert back at the end of the season, so payouts are approximate, but as long as we don't leave the EU without a trade deal or the US elects Trump again, we should probably be fine.

None of that concerns me, but ty comzish!

So Andre and Cruzin have just agreed a trade which has popped up for me to approve. I'm normally pretty lax with these but this one seemed quite lop-sided so I thought I'd take views from all the players.

Andre gives:
Robert Woods and Myles Gaskin

Cruzin gives:
Leonard Fournette

I thought it would be a good spot to: a) Ask if this is too lop-sided? and b) Should I even be bringing this up or should I just keep quiet and rubber stamp?

I see it as Fournette being higher upside than Gaskin, Woods is pretty whatever to me, i'm so stacked at WR and he plays in an offense with low volume passing and lolgoff and i rather keep Tee Higgins.

I tried to package them for a while but i'm going to need a roster spot quick.

For what it’s worth, I agree that I’m getting the better end of this deal. I was the one that was offered the deal tho and I even mentioned to Andre before the deal was accepted that I thought it was a little lopsided in my favor, but he didn’t seem to mind. Something about fournette upside (LOL).

Don't know what's so amazing about Woods tbh, average's 6 targets and 30 air yards per game in an offense that runs way too much and with Goff.

The problem with this so far is that roster spots are super expensive with most of the impacted players not being qualified for IR

It appears I can raise both the number of bench spots and the number of IR spots, so I guess we'd have to vote on whether people want to do that, but I'm happy in principle.

But I think we also need an agreed upon plan if the whole thing is shitcanned.

I think the chances of this being completely canceled are super low, they probably report a few games on the back end of week 17 at worst.

Ok sorry I forgot to do this. Two things on the docket. I won't be able to action for week 7 as the waivers will process tomorrow but if voted for, I'll put them on for Week 7. Therefore, I'll leave this open till the weekend for people to vote on.

Item one:
Increase the number of bench spots by two from 6 to 8.
Vote yay or nay.

Item two:
If the season is cancelled prior to Week 10, everything is null and void. If it is cancelled afterwards, then we'll pay slots 1-4 in line with the payouts outlined above (1st - 50%, 2nd -25%, 3rd - 15%, 4th- 10%).
Vote yay or nay.

Also open to other suggestions if someone feels that there is a better idea out there. I don't think any of us expect the season to be cancelled, but it's a good idea to have something in the back pocket just in case.
