due to my superbusiness i have, with a heavy heart, decided to put the derper league on ice. for one year only. as you all know this league has a very proud tradition of shameful decisions, catastrophic draft day foulups and generally mental nonsense, so it's a terrible shame not to be derping this year.

the derper will return for 2019.

the $50 V E PRO is still very much a go, we're going to auction on the 19th at 6pm england time. this is because almost everyone, reigning champion joejoe excepted, has expressed either no preference or a strong preference for the 19th.

we have 12 ins at the moment including joe, and i think one or two people were only expecting to pay $20, so i'll have to seek re-confirmation from a cpl people. i'm 95% sure we'll get 12 players and 99.99% sure get at least 10.

reigning champ joe, if you still cant make the 19th then you can BOT us, or let ash represent you on auction day. or ***** out. let me know

Yeah I will literally be flying at that moment, happy to chat with Ash or something if he thinks he can do draft day but doesn't want to commit to the whole season.
