Yahoo! leagues use "No" as default, and I'm a fan of the feature. Especially in a time where we could see very last minute inactives, you want as much roster flexibility as possible.

ESPN leagues use "Yes" as default, and ESPN sucks.

yeah as others have said I think this is a feature IMO - gives more flexibility especially with COVID. if majority wants to change it I have no problem changing it though.

Waivers vs FAAB - I am indifferent. I set it to waivers since it is "easier" to manage for people and this is a smaller $ league. If majority wants FAAB I will change it.
