Is Tee still gonna be a Bengal?
Worthy will be good but Rice will be the man once again when he returns.
MHJ stunk and Mcbride couldn't score TD's. The common denominator is Kyler Murray.
Add Bo Nix. He had 34 total TD's without a good run game and without a legit TE as a rookie. Denver has about 90 million to spend in free agency this year. They can bring back all the good players plus add a good center. I would suspect a lot of upgrades to this offense. I would pair Nix more with a cheaper Marvin Mims who I think is budding into a star. Denver could be in the Tyreek market but I don't think he is a Sean Payton guy. Maybe Tee Higgins?
Maybe a Lamar/Bateman combo. Bateman quietly was good this year. I'm sure he will be much cheaper than Flowers.
I expect the Chargers to add a WR. It should boost Herbert and won’t change how I feel about Ladd. They’ll also draft at least one RB. And should add a TE.
I’m going to draft like Tee is going to be a Bengal, given how vocal Burrow has been. But there’s certainly no guarantee. Hopefully that suppresses Tee’s price some.
I mentioned Rice’s uncertainty above. Regardless of Rice, Kelce, etc., I think Worthy is a good year 2 bet. Especially with how many spots him and Mahomes missed this season. Worthy just has so much TD upside.
Part of targeting MHJ, is that I think he will be a 4th/5th round ADP to start out. Year 2 WRs, especially those highly drafted, are always great bets. Also, MHJ didn’t stink. He was bad relative to ADP and expectations, but he still had a solid rookie season. I won’t be fading McBride, but he’s going to be expensive, so I’ll probably play it more through MHJ for now. I think McBride and MHJ basically swap ADP from last season.
I thought about Nix, but his stacking partners are uncertain. Sutton has been good but not someone I’m going to be targeting. I also expect Sutton to be more expensive. Mims is interesting given how he closed out the season, but I’m still not confident he can be a full time WR. We’ll see what Mims’s price is.
Lamar/Bateman is a good one, especially with how Bateman scores. Andrews too, since Andrews will be cheaper.
