We're less than a week away from the season starting, so let's get a pick my lineup thread going. Some useful guidelines I would suggest:

- If you're asking a question, it'd be nice if you gave answers on someone else's question at the same time. Thread works better when there's more feedback all around

- Please list the opposing team for your players, and if pertinent, timings of games. Matchups matter, as do timings - it is not unusual to have something where you're asking two out of three players, one playing early and the others playing late, and it then becomes obvious to say something like "play the early player, then pick one of the other two dependent on reasons". Similarly if we are in a week where there are London/Germany games, knowing if someone will go early and maybe influence later decisions is important

- List pertinent scoring. If I'm deciding between Kirk Cousins and Anthony Richardson, whether it is 4 or 6 points for a passing touchdown might be relevant. The league being PPR would not be

- Cut to the chase. Don't ask us "start three from four between Justin Jefferson, Tyler Lockett, Hollywood Brown and Zay Flowers" because nobody in the world is benching JJ. Keep questions as simple as possible. Same goes for "pick my RB2 between x and y, starting CMC as RB1" types of posts, that's BBV "look at me I have McCaffrey" level posting

- Do mention if you are projected as a favourite or underdog, if you need upside or floor etc, different players have varying EV and variance and we need to know if you have to gamble or not. On a similar related note, it may be useful if you are deciding between two players to know if your opponent has a correlated player, if he's dependent on Hockenson and we have an edge, it might swing us to pick Cousins over, say, Rodgers to mitigate their upside

- If your player is questionable for a game then it is very useful to mention it. This is especially pertinent if your player is not playing in the 1pm EST series of games and might be a game time decision. While you'd like to think that we're all on the ball on terms of understanding who might not go, it is easier to eliminate doubt if you can

I was going to play Mostert and Monty, but Payton's comments about Javonte having a big role are sucking me in.

That first one is tough. I think I have it Meyers > Lazard > Nico. Nico could end up being the best play, but I kind of want to see it with him first.

Pierce > BRob > Pacheco, and I'd feel pretty good about Pierce.

Williams > Diontae > London. I think it's pretty easily Williams.

That last one is gross too. I'm really struggling with Breece this week. I probably go Kirk, since the Colts defense is so bad, but the Jags could also just get a lead and run the ball.

Probably just flip a coin and hope for the best. I think it's likely they both score sub 10 fantasy points, especially in .5 ppr. But I guess McKinnon since we've seen more from him, but I expect the start of his season to go like it did last year with low usage and low fantasy scoring. KC wants him fresh for the end of season run.

It's too bad Moss is actually back, or else I think Deon would be a pretty easy choice here.

I picked up Schultz in the league where I own Kelce, got to think for a first game for a rookie QB he will lean on the tight end to a decent extent. Would rather go with him than risk waiting on Waller

I’m taking the risk and sticking with Waller unless more bad news comes out before kickoff on Sunday. Seems like some BS they simply added to the injury report for it to randomly pop up today.

I would say Charb and just hope he gets like 10 touches, but the Seahawks listed DeeJay as #2 on the depth chart. Probably dumb semantics by Carroll, but tough to know in week 1.

And then yeah, add someone like Ferguson or Knox if Waller doesn’t go. Guess I’ll pick someone up on SNF or MNF just in case in our SF redraft lol.

That’s tough. The smart play is Diontae, assuming the game will be close and Pit will have to throw throughout. Diontae should get the targets.

On the flip side,

I need 1 in PPR flex. All the list seem way overwhelmingly on Sutton. Something just doesn't sit right there for me in either of these choices:
