In the other league, I faced the guy I traded Etienne, Hop, Dak and Sanders to earlier this season to get CMC, Burrow, Javonte and Jeudy. He started all four against me and, even with Sanders’ goose egg, got 90 points. My four nearly matched it, but unfortunately I only have CMC left.
I traded for J-Jeff Sunday morning. Yup.

Roughly the halfway point. Always like to reflect on the draft and under/over performers.

Mostert, Nacua, Moss, Thielen definitely the cream of the crop, of late draft finds. Montgomery, Kyren Williams, Achane would have been in that mix too if not for injuries.

You're not loving life with Davante, Olave, Ridley, Najee, for guys who have been healthy yet duds. Not like we didn't see it coming with Najee. I'd say for how Dallas has been, Pollard has been underwhelming.

Rhamondre the one true bust so far IMO.

I think Etienne was big value where he went. Addison it's tough to say now with Cousins done. Hock was probably still taken too late, but like Addison I guess we're about to find out how bad that downgrade is.

Swift was a steal, so was Kamara.

Till Cousins, Tua looks like the best QB steal. Shocking amount of QB busts tbh.

AJ Brown looks to have delivered value

Ken Walker is RB5 overall in PPR and was going in like the 12-15 range. Very TD variance dependent tho.

Saquon/Bijan/Henry/Jacobs all pretty busty so far.

Keenan Allen is WR5 and was goin probably late teens. Mostly off of two huge games tho.

Tough week for DST's this week... A lot of choices of bad defenses against bad offenses in low implied total games...patriots, commanders, raiders, giants, packers, rams...you guys have any streamer favorites?

Only have two leagues where I'm still required to start one. Clearly not benching Baltimore, have Jacksonville in another on bye who I've cut for Atlanta, either Hall or Dobbs this week with potential Clayton Tune the week after if Murray isn't ready is enough for me

Anyone ever have a bad team with a great bench? I'm 2-6 but drafted Achane, Ford, Downs, Charbonney, QJ who isn't a good asset but got the opportunity when big Mike went down. Started Achane permanently right after the big 200/4 game and he had two great games before going down.

First seven picks were Wilson, Waddle, Gibbs, CWatson, JCook, Addison, Richardson. No regrets!

Losers:

Trevor Lawrence
-Drafted him everywhere I could. He improved massively under a proper coach, and this was gonna be the breakout yr. Got him at his ADP / appropriate auction price, thinking he easily outperforms it.
Wtf? Genuinely confused how he is going backwards.

Miles Sanders
-Yes, he got the hate here, but I liked him at ADP. I thought he wouldn't be as good as last year, but woah.

Brandin Cooks
-Also went after everywhere. Recent results seem good, let's see where he ends up.

Winners:

James Cook
-Very solid, more TDs should come I would think. Let's see how much Lenny gets involved.

Travis Etienne
-Was very excited, but only got 1 share - luckily, in an auction at a bargain price.

Walker and Etienne seem like big winners from the first half. I was hearing alot of talk about Charbonnet and Bigsby being big factors that could steal work from the lead backs. It hasn't been the case at all so far.

Au contraire.

Interested to see what it looks like this week. Walker did have DNP, DNP, full in practice with a calf last week. However, he did not have a designation going into the game.

Trevor is running bad, imo. I think the process was sound, but he hasn’t needed to have big games. And they’re still 6-2. Etienne is also crushing TDs taking away from Trevor’s potential.

With regard to Cook, the thesis of him not having a higher ADP were concerns about TDs. It’s playing out about as expected. I’d put his season o/u at 7 and probably take the under.

He will still get a lot of snaps between the 20s, but I expect Fournette/Murray to take almost all short yardage and inside the 10 touches.

He’s alright as an RB2, but I just don’t really see the upside.

I did call those two out as being potential league winners, so you're not the only one who was wrong on that point. Could still be a massive factor late on if either KW3/Etienne goes down, but they're just injury handcuffs at this stage sadly

charbonnet at least looks good with his opportunities, bigsby does not (obviously being lead back in that offense worth a lot though)

Yeah tbh I expected Etienne to either be injured right now or to have more of a 1a/1b sort of split to avoid running Etienne into the ground, that's not happened obviously

Sleeper have had some fun with some of the player pictures

What is the general thought about Fournette? Filler? Possibly take some work away from Murray? Some work from Cook??

I have Cook so not exactly thrilled with this move but I ACQ Lenny today at a cost of Logan Thomas

If you ever want six carries for fifteen yards, he's your man

Yeah, that sounds about right. He'll have a random game or two that you can add 2 TD's to that stat line.
Dude is looking in good shape though
