My whole philosophy in redraft is that if I'm 0-2 at this point, I'm making wholesale changes unless I've just been unlucky scoring like the 2nd- and 3rd-highest point totals in the league and now I have a bad opponent this week. If I go to 0-3, I'm completely blowing it up. Injured players, players on bye and underperforming names have no place on my team.

I like the initial trade. Metcalf doesn't seem a huge amount worse than Adams, and you get a free Kittle as well. While there's concerns over Kittle, it's still an improvement (I have the same combo in one league and am just going to drop Jonnu)

I have Ridley Allen Robinson and Lockett. Is it worth trading Lockett and one of Pollard or White for Diggs? I think it is but I need all the rb depth possible. He wants both Pollard and White but if I can get him down to Lockett and Pollard or Lockett and White is it worth it? I think it is for sure but just making sure.

Hold on, you have all of Ridley, Keenan, ARob and Lockett in a 14 team league? And you want to try to make your WRs better at the expense of weakening an already shaky RB lineup? If anything, you should trade Lockett for the best RB you can get straight up, you can't start all four of those.

Your RB situation isn't as bad as you think but this should be an easy improvement spot

Lol, my bad, but I'd probably still decline it. Lockett is really good and White can be a decent RB2 in your format. Wait a week and see what happens with Pollard's work load then offer again if Zeke's share continues to decline

jhnumbers - You're never benching McCaffrey, Hunt is fine as an RB2 with huge upside if anything happens to Chubb, whichever JWill it is is a solid alternative, Carter is a popular add this week and Murray has more value than any RB on the wire. Stand pat there but dumping Aiyuk for Rondale looks like an option

I would take it. Diggs is elite and I think locket will come down to earth. I also like that you’re keeping pollard. Think he might have flex value if he continues to play so well and leauge winner potential if Zeke gets hurt

I'm having trouble being patient on Lawrence in the dynasty SF team in which I inherited him. Mainly it's because these are 4-pt passing TD, 1 pt for 25 passing yard leagues. So I favor rushing QBs in those types of leagues. In the other dynasty SF league, I'm excited to have Fields and Lance and willing to be patient with them because they have the potential to be elite as the type of QB I think fits well in these settings. Lawrence, I don't know.

Am I underrating him based on his first couple games as a rookie and should be patient? Anyone a big believer of Lawrence? I was thinking of offering him and Burrow for Hurt, Carr, Riggs and a 1st.

Flipping Lockett and White for Diggs seems good to me, you're cashing in high value on Lockett at ADP of 48 with a decent pass catching RB for a end of the first round WR. I like it, I'm always a fan of the 2-for-1 upgrade to an elite player.

LoL, I was offered Cook for CEH and two 2022 1sts in SF. Not exactly what I was thinking about. Both teams with the 1sts are 1-1, including mine that obviously would be better on the season if I have Cook. The other is a borderline playoff team. Picks 3-6 are decided by the winners of the consolation bracket, so if we both missed they could be picks 3 and 4.

If I got Cook, my starters would be...

TE: Higbee or Cook

The deal doesn't really make sense for me. But when someone offers you Cook, you've got to consider it. Obviously, I'm interested in trading CEH. I could be competitive this year with Cook, but I'd probably have to revamp my team and trade Lawrence, Waddle and DeVonta.

I think if I were to do the trade for Cook, it would have to be a bigger trade of Lawrence, 2 1sts and CEH for Cook, Kamara, Brady and JuJu. Because, with both Cook and Kamara, maybe I can compete this year. That's if this is good enough to win:

By the trade deadline, I'd probably have to deal DeVonta and Waddle, maybe Najee, for better flexes and a TE. One injury could derail my team, and as soon as Brady retires I'll be screwed. But maybe it's worth it to take the team from winless to championship in my first year owning it.

To not go for it all but do something that could still make sense for my team, I thought of possibly offering CEH and one 1st for Kamara. If I could get him for a 1st less than Cook, I think that would be worth it no matter my plans for team.

Pretty much a zero percent chance that first trade you outlined is accepted if his starting point was 2 1sts and CEH for just Cook haha. But I do think it would make you very competitive this year.

If you can do CEH and one 1st for Kamara, then I'd probably snap it, but he's probably going to value Kamara along the lines of Cook. I'd put Cook's peak production window at 1-3 years and Kamara at 2-4 years, so that's the downside of having to give 1sts.

CEH might just be pretty worthless and no more than a RB3. I remember after his first game last year everyone was saying he was dynasty asset #1 haha. Whoops.

Such BS one of the leagues I'm in with FAAB STILL has waiver priority that factors in as well - so I lost out on Rondale Moore after tying on a bid due to them being 1 higher than me in priority

There has to be a tiebreak somewhere. I think pretty much all FAAB leagues tiebreak like that. Up the budget to lessen the chances of a tie.
