did my first draft tonight. $100 league I found on reddit. 14team 0.5ppr 2rb/3wr/2flex. here's results if anyone wants to see who's going where right now in a hundo league:
https://fantasy.espn.com/football/le...leagueId=64724

I had pick 7 and decided to yolo-punt QB and TE and drafted in this order:

Michael Thomas, Fournette, Lev Bell, Singletary, Diggs, Fuller, Darrell Henderson, Mike Williams, Duke Johnson, 49ers D, Chase Edmonds, Steven Sims Jr, Justin Tucker, Tannehill, Ebron, Amendola, Gore, Rams D, Tyrod Taylor

For a 3WR league I think you went too RB heavy. Would have skipped Singletary and got Chark.
The Henderson, Mike Williams, Duke Johnson, 49er line I'm not a fan of. Kicker before the last rd you're going to get some **** from us.
Not crazy about Fournette/Lev Bell but seeing how the draft went it's totally reasonable.

3 QB's in a start 1 league is bad.
Sorry to rip you apart but it looks like it was a fairly soft draft. I think you could have done better to get some higher upside guys.

Think you gotta tighten up your cheat sheet a bit as it looked like you started to fall apart in the later mid rounds.

Edit: But thanks for posting! Good to see where people are going. I hope people in my drafts take Hopkins at 11 and let Julio fall to 16.

What are we doing with the rookie RB's in ppr redraft?

CEH > Taylor > Akers > Swift > Dobbins> Moss > Gibson > everyone else?

Kind of surprised by the ADP's of everyone not named CEH. Seems like value. Maybe I'm crazy but I'm never drafting Hilton or Keenan Allen or AJ Brown ahead of many of those names there. Those dudes have pretty nice paths to volume even without injuries helping it along.

I’m cool with $100 and I’m cool with someone holding the money rather than going through LS, as well. Doesn’t matter to me, but I know some people prefer to go to the LS route.

Maybe we can pay out first, second and regular season high scorer? Something like $500, $300, $200. Or even $500, $250, $250.

How many do we want to playoff? 6 would be my preference.

Three more!

Ill go first: Drake,Sanders,Jacobs,Chubb,Mixon,Jones,Ekeler
Damn, I’m way higher on Jones than everyone else. Maybe it’s because he burned me in the championship round last year.

With these guys they will all have ADPs between late first and early third, it’s splitting hairs as these rankings will usually be decided by variance anyways.

My rankings are PPR, but I’m going

Jones, Drake, Jacobs, Sanders (assuming no other backs come to town), Mixon, Ekeler, Chubb

I can only do leaguesafe...
Also was thinking we may want to make it a micro league. I'm also fine with $100 but I'm a little worried we'll kill this thread with waiver wire opinions and ****. Also if WW joins we're not going to get his hot takes for his predraft super sleepers...

Edit: Meaning we won't be giving out so many opinions as we're all in a league together...

That’s fair. Becomes Brady’s new Edelman with more speed and talent?

That’s also fine with me. I think it should at least be $25, but that should be small enough. We know we all have enough respect to take it seriously and make roster moves, etc even without the monetary implications.

Honestly, I’m in for whatever. I was just looking for another league or 2 to get my action fix because I’ve had others fall through haha.

Akers on my do not draft list for now minus some massive degrees of fluff coming out of training camp. Coach has already said he's going to use 4 rb's this year and the Rams' offense has gotta to be pretty complex to master. I think Malcolm Brown has a decent shot to be the week 1 starter. Feels like a Patriots west situation.
Swift - Kerryon already spotted in a knee brace. Guessing Swift is a 4th rd pick by the time draft season rolls around.

I'm kind of fading Moss due to the Bills 2nd half schedule.

$25 is definitely micro. Wouldn't want to go less than that.

Just a little worried about killing this thread for our other leagues if we all bottle up, haha

Another idea is to do like 2x $50 best ball leagues or something. Then our rosters are locked and we're free to talk. I live outside the US so I can't get in on all the best ball leagues which sound super fun to me as you can still be in a bunch of leagues but not deal with managing them.

Myfantasyleague is another way to host custom best ball leagues that anyone could play on. The site is pretty outdated but it gets the job done

Good post!

that said I don't see the Bills schedule issue. New England, Denver, Pits, Chargers, Seattle, these are all 1 score games.

49ers maybe you worry. I think people sell this Bill's team a bit short. Bills team win line is 9, they're a top 10 NFL roster. In fact only Seattle and Pits (9.5 and 9.5) have team win lines higher from your schedule concerns. All the rest are projected below the Bills.

Top teams not surprisingly Chiefs, Ravens, Saints, 49ers, Bucs (we shall see...), Cowboys (we shall see, this is by virtue of that division), Eagles (same as Cowboys). NFC least cracks me up.

How many of you made an easy transition from yahoo to Sleeper? Our league wants to, just gunshy to do it. It sounds amazing.

Have 2 leagues on sleeper this year - pretty good so far but we will see how the in season management is. The rest on yahoo, I have no issues with the yahoo platform and like it a lot

Bills are good this year for sure just don't know if I'm going to own any of them. I guess it's a leak because a 10 win team should have some fantasy performers. But staying away from Diggs and there are just too many juicy WR's around Singletary's ADP. Was a big John Brown owner last year which was nice. Maybe I'll end up with him again.

I used to try and think this way and then my drafts go so different from the mocks that I've found it doesn't matter. In my leagues by the time Singletary comes along I'll be so running back desperate I'll be drafting him 7-8 spots early.

Do many of your leagues really follow the ADP trends from the big sites?

What's the earliest you are all taking CEH in ppr?

How do we rank:

Le'Veon, DJ, Carson, Fournette in PPR?

ADP - 68 / ~$9

Made another dynasty trade. Guy who has 6 of first 13 picks in the draft this season (three traded to him by me) wanted to clear out space and get some 2021 picks. So I sent him my 2021 1st and 2nd, presumed late. For Gallup, Cam, Pollard and 2.8. Snail draft starts today on rookies. I’m going in with picks 14, 20 and 24.

Not touching DJ anywhere.

I like Carson > Le'Veon > Fournette, but all ultra close, could take any of the 3.
