Just heard DJ 50/50 to play Sunday. Edmonds isn't anything special but that offense is, this game has possible shootout written all over it, and Edmonds is in line for 3 down work.

I think CHUBB is a league winner so that's a no for me dog. How desperate are you at receiver?

Yeah, it was looking a lot better before Alshon got hurt and missed a couple games, Ben got hurt for Juju, and Case got hurt for McLaurin. I had Hardman but dropped him for Hunt with Hill coming back (pre Watkins injury). I do want to hold onto Hunt as a lotto ticket at least. Got to ride the Gallman train for a free win a couple weeks ago at least but now he's pretty much DOA as well.

Also, is Montgomery droppable? He's a pretty interesting case imo. Hasn't really performed well and the offense is a mess. On Bye and then has a rough RB stretch with NO, Phi, LAC, Det, LAR. His potential playoff schedule looks fantastic though with v Dal in December, @ GB in December, and v KC in December. All of those against good teams to attack with RBs in cold weather games (chi, gb, chi). I could see him being a playoff winner if things break right. But that's so far away that he might be worth just cutting loose if you can find someone better to help now and seeing if you can grab him again after the rough stretch.

Agree with Gaddy. Given that roster the trade seems pretty bad. Keenum is probably coming back this week, so McLaurin should be pretty good going forward as well.

Kupp is a pretty big upgrade over Juju. If Gordon starts getting good usage over the last half of the season it's a win but your gambling on Gordon.

Juju could be a complete dud going forward, remains to be seen how the Steelers third stringer does and if they lean super hard on Conner. Helps that Samuels is out for a while I suppose, but Kupp is a massive upgrade over him. I think it's a fine trade, if a small gamble.

This is why I said yes. It's likely that the upgrade of Kupp over JuJu is greater than the downgrade of going Chubb to Gordon. Plus, who knows how things will go when Hunt returns? I'd like to think Chubb will still get the majority of the work, but he could be looking at his own timeshare in the second of the fantasy season/fantasy playoffs. Especially if Cleveland continues to suck.

Gordon could also continue to get more and more work, but it will be tough for SD to keep Ekeler off of the field.

Kupp's target share is insane. He's clearly a crutch for Goff, and that isn't going away. Especially with Cooks and Gurley now banged up. Kupp is averaging 12.6 targets a game. Only one game he had single digit targets at 9, and that was in a 27-9 win against NO in the game where Brees was injured.

See my post above regarding your trade.

Also, Monty is definitely not droppable, and he probably won't be droppable all year long. If anything, he should continue to see a minimum of 10-15 touches a game with the goal line work. His snap percentage kind of sucks, but he is receiving the majority of the rushing work with a few catches sprinkled in. Hopefully once Mitch returns, that offense gets better.

If you don't like Monty, then I'd try to trade him for a mid-tier RB or WR that you like more.

Agree, in fact I think he’s a good buy low candidate as a guy that has a good set up to break out in second half of season

I made Diamond today in yahoo! 1%er

Feels good

Oddly enough it's way cooler than winning $ for the championship. I think because the $ doesn't EVER measure up to the workload.

Half PPR. Need to start a wr. I have D. Adams/G. Tate/Curtis Samuel

Davante Adams is hurt and unlikely to play.

Options:
Start Golden Tate tonight and drop Curtis Samuel (he has a week 7 bye) for a speculative replacement.

Keep Tate. Start Samuel. Means I can't make a speculative add (eg. Kareem Hunt) Don't foresee myself dropping G. Tate in the next few hours.

I can't drop anyone after game has started even if they are on bench.

Keep Tate and Samuel, until closer to MNF and official Adams decision. If he's not playing, I'd need to trade/drop BUF dst (sitting on them for week 7 vs MIA) for Geronimo or another Lions/Packers WR3/4.

Alternatively I could have the win locked up by MNF and do nothing, but I like the points for playoff seeding tiebreakers.

I'd be starting Samuel unless some miraculous Adams news comes out prior to the Panthers game. I have no interest in starting Tate tonight, but just about anything is better than rostering Kareem Hunt at this point (huge lol at him being owned in 50% of leagues), so don't think you need to drop him.

I dunno, Hunt should be owned I think. It's no different than Pollard/Murray/Edmonds/Bonnafon, all the elite guys' handcuffs should probably be rostered. Chubb goes down and Hunt will win leagues.

Hunt was just an example. Could pick up anyone else instead. Point being, I don't foresee holding Samuel through his bye week, so if I'm not going to play him this week it's better to drop him early and grab someone else before they all are locked on waivers.
