Don’t feel bad. We had a guy go $64 with next highest bid of $24

I can drop Chargers D (like the #1 D this week vs Miami), or Mostert. If I drop Mostert I only own 3 other RB's (CMC, Shady and Rojo).

I can't seem to trade my way out of this as the RB hoarding is intense. My bench has guys like Chark and Boyd on it but I find there's no real market for WR's this year at all.

edit: ebron gone. lol at 3-0 I may not dress a TE. See if my matchup needs Eifert Monday night.

Out of $200 budget we saw Gallman bids of 101,50,15 and 10 which I thought was crazy..... then I saw somebody had bid $76 on Darren Sproles when there were no other bids. Sometimes you just cant make sense of how people spend their FAAB

Is it ever the correct move to roster two defenses (12-team league)? Don't want to start BUF this week but their upcoming schedule is pretty soft (Dolphins x 2, Redskins, Jets, etc.)

Not sure how this gamble will work out but I've been running with 1 QB and 1 TE in all my leagues, and know byes are going to give me crap. Maybe people will start dropping their backup QBs and TEs when we get into the thick of byes.

12 Team League
Goff (week 9): 20 QBs owned
Engram (week 11): 17 TEs owned

14 Team League
Watson (week 10): 20 QBs owned
Engram (week 11): 26 TEs owned!!!

12 Team League deep benches
Brady (week 10): 23 QBs owned
Engram (week 11): 21 TEs owned

Yes, definitely over short periods...not great long term

Even if they don’t drop them, so what. It’s not like TE 22 is that much worse than TE17. Even more so for QBs where at that level it’s so matchup dependent. Assuming most have 2QBs, it’s unlikely they are going to grab the guy with a good matchup you want.

In my $250 ten team league there were 18 defenses drafted and 17 are currently being rostered. 1 guy drafted 4 Def & another drafted 3.

start 1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 2 flex, 0 TE, 1 super flex, 1 def

villain's roster:
(4) rustle, goders, mariota, dalton
(4) dalvin, carson, jalen richard
(5)MT, hilton, sterling shepard, john brown, anthony miller
(2) hunter henry, trey burton
(4) titans, lions, cardinals, chiefs

Every week we play a heads up matchup + the top 5 scorers get a win and the villain above is 5-1 and in first w/ 4 Qbs, 2 TEs and 4 Defs. He of course rejects all my trade offers.

Spoiler:
To make it even worse we get 0 points for punt/kick return yards OR punt/kick/blocked kick TDs - effectively turning defense and special teams into just defense. We get no points for holding a team to x number of yards, but standard points for sacks, fumble recoveries & INTs. Shutouts are worth 12, holding an opponent to 1-6 pts equals 6, 7-13 pts allowed equals 3 points and allowing 14+ equals 0.

you have 19 players rostered without the kicker? that is a crazy amount so it makes sense to have some extra DEF instead of an eighth WR

no points for return yards is completely standard

Definitely okay to roll a couple defenses at a time. Especially later in the year. Can be game changers, it is the most fantasy matchup dependent fantasy slot.

Got Gallman in the only league I really needed him.

Bid 44 out of 100, I beat out bids of 31/26/16/8/8.

I accidentally counted jalen richard as 2 Rbs - our rosters are 18 total. Villain has 3 Rbs and 5 WRs.

Got Kittle on a bye in .5 ppr 12 team league, want to fill in with Dissly who is available. What % of faab should I bid if the next best options are Vernon Davis and Eifert?

Why would he feel the need to make an unnecessary trade when it sounds like he's already raping the league?

That is a great point. I'll stop wasting my time on sending him trade offers.

Surely Melvin Gordon will still **** his owners another 3 weeks or so. Celebrating seems so premature.

Pretty sure this is as good an outcome an owner could have ever expected drafting Melvin this year? Still have to get over the usage hump, but I would think Melvin owners should be rejoicing he didn’t sit out until week 10

Guys I'm benching Diggs this week, so you can definitely start him. Lock for 20+

F Diggs.
Benching him too. Still can't believe I passed on Cooper for this bum

The one league I have Diggs is the one league I don't have Ingram. Knew I should have "reached" for Ingram in the 3rd.

It's funny how some players just form an image in my mind of being more valuable than their statistic peers. Diggs is one of those types that I never like to draft, but I did in one league and I'm in the same boat as you all. Mind you I wasn't buying into Cooper either so shrug.

PPR 10 team

start 1qb, 2rb, 2wr, 2 flex, 0 TE, 1 super flex

Watson, Goff, trubiski
Chubb, mixon, Sony, Damien Williams, Malcolm brown, Chris Thompson, AP, Hyde
Keenan, Adams, Watkins, DJ Moore, MVS

Traded away hooper and barber for Valdez scantling. Picking up one of jamaal Williams, Mark Andrews, Agholor or dorsett with the open spot.

Penny for your thoughts?

I think dorsett has the best chance from that group to have season long relevance. I think Agholor's window is closing with Jeffrey and goedert back (and djax likely back soon) and wentz spreading ball...in your spot i would be trying hard to upgrade RB
