Ok that sounds good, see wolves already has 3 so i'll take the other 4

As you didn't take Conner against him, can I have Conner and you have DJ in a $20 bet?

If either player misses more than 2 games and the bets off?

My buddy is eligible to play these wierd Casual Tiers NFL contests on Draftkings. It's theoretically possible to play a QB on 6/8 roster spots. Going strictly off projections this is optimal by a decent amount. Am I missing something?

An argument against could be ownership but I don't think Casual contest players would even do this. Maybe they will?

It's always fun to look back at all of the pre-season/draft-season posts in this thread in 4 to 6 weeks from now to show how totally random fantasy football is. The problem with most fantasy football leagues is that they are too shallow. With only 1 qb/2rb/2wr/te/flx/def/k there just aren't enough spots to fill to separate someone who is really sharp from a random dart throwing monkey. The qb, def and k positions are pretty much random anyway. Then you toss in injuries to a key player or two and you see why despite hours and hours of research and study after nailing a perceived perfect draft that you are losing to the donkey who took 2 qbs early, a defense in the 7th and a kicker in the 10th.

Good luck to all this season

hey guys looking for some input

full keeper, ppr, 2x rb, 2x wr, 1x te, 1x w/t flex, 1x w/r flex, 16 team dynasty league

I finished 2nd last year, trade partner was dead last by a large margin and he basically has nothing to play for this year

my team

his team

he's been offering up corey davis (who i love) for josh allen and dante pettis. I'm kind of indifferent about this, not sure if davis is that much better than pettis to include allen (16 team and everyone hoards QBs so people who have 1 literally run the risk of a 0 on their bye week so QB2s have a lot more value here)

I'm thinking of countering with eifert (i have no faith in fant this year), brees and davis in exchange for allen, jameis and pettis

this definitely makes me a much better team this year upgrading to brees as my QB2, huge upgrade at TE and mild upgrade at my WR3 - but I still feel like I'm giving up too much given that those 3 i send back all have more trade value than the pieces i get back

thoughts on what I should offer that isn't insulting?

is his starting point of allen + pettis for corey davis in itself fine? (i actually need to clear a roster spot anyway to fill an IDP slot by Monday's game (yuck)

Pettis has more perceived value at the moment. Really I'm not so sure Pettis for Eifert/Davis isn't too out of line.
Your offer is super fair. Giving up 2 starting QB's and his targeted player for an oft injured TE, a 1st rounder in a make make or break year and a QB that may not even play next year.
This deal still doesn't empty a bench spot for you but I guess you'll figure that out later.
I'd offer your deal plus be a little cheeky and have him throw in a 2020 2nd rounder.

AB loses like $29m in guaranteed money by getting fined per Schefter. Probably why hes dunzo. Sigh. I hate when players I own change teams. They become useless.

On the up side getting away from Derek Carr can only be a plus. That is some team is dumb enough to sign him if hes actually released

Am I crazy for thinking of starting Stafford over Murray? Murray is ranked higher everywhere week 1 but I have no idea what he is yet and a rookie qb starting his first game doesnt have me overly optimistic. If it were in Detroit I'd def start Stafford but still leaning that way anyway
