Who are the Rd 7-10 TE's to target? McDonald seems to be quite popular but if he shows at all in preseason I think he'll become too expensive for what he is.
Olsen going almost undrafted. Leaning cook if he's there and possibly taking Reed if I totally punt the position
Disclaimer: Everything below is from a PPR perspective.
I'm not sure how big your league is, but even if it was 12 teams, you should be able to get some of the following in rounds 3 and 4.
Damien Williams (maybe still available, but probably not by the time drafts happen)
Aaron Jones (love)
Kerryon Johnson (like a lot)
Marlon Mack (solid)
Leonard Fournette (although, STEER CLEAR lol)
Devonta Freeman (could go either way)
Derrick Henry (meh, two big games and everything else was average. Defintiely don't want in PPR, but could be serviceable in standard)
Josh Jacobs (potential, for sure; we do know Gruden will use him)
Phillip Lindsay (meh)
Kenyan Drake (could go either way)
Mark Ingram (not sure how to feel about him, but probably not)
Michel/White (not sure if you want to fight this battle, but I'd rather have Michel given NE's commitment to the run game)
Some late round guys that have potential, but I wouldn't bank on by any means
Tevin Coleman/Jerrick McKinnon (really not sure what will happen here, but I imagine one will have to take the lead)
Derrius Guice
Royce Freeman
Jordan Howard (someone has to run in Philly)
D'Onta Foreman
Carlos Hyde (meh, but if Williams doesn't work out, he's next man up)
Jaylen Samuels (will Connor hold up?)
And then obviously injuries will happen throughout the season that give way to other lead backs we aren't even thinking of right now, just because next man up.
In my 8 team league, I'm drafting 5th and I'm considering going WR in the first 3-4 rounds because we start 3 WR plus a flex. I can still go WR in the first 3-4 rounds and still get some of the guys in the top list.
In my 10 team league, I'll probably go RB in round 1 or 2 no matter where I'm drafting.
In a 12 team league, I'd probably make sure to have both a WR and RB at the end of round 2.
