It looks like Gronk is going to the Super Bowl!!

I’m in a unique spot where I can trade for players who are on bye or injured. I’ve already clinched my division and a 1st round bye in week 14. So my players are worthless until weeks 15-16. Half the leauge is 6-5 our 5-6 and everyone fighting for playoff spot. I sent out a few offers:

I send leveon bell and Allen Robinson and get Mack and mike Evans (mack out a few weeks but likely back by week 15)

I offered Chubb for cook (on bye this week), he countered with Chubb and bell for cook and cooper

I offered Allen Robinson for Tyreke (our multiple weeks w hamstring)

The first two offers are being mulled over and would likely be accepted. If I have a choice of both, which would be better? It’s 2rb/2wr/flex leauge, non ppr.

Current starters:
rb: Chubb, Aaron Jones, leveon
Wrs: Allen Robinson, mclaurin, metcalf, Deebo Samuel, aj green

Browns D looks sneaky for a bit. I already mentioned Deebo.

Cobb looks sneaky with the new commitment to the passing game. I had already mentioned Gallup before he blew up.

Think it's prob too soon to give up on Boyd with Auden Tate hurt. Let's see what happens with Green.

Is Younghoe Koo for real? He is lacking experience but I don't think he's missed a kick since before his AAF days.

So we picking up Antonio Brown soon in redraft? Juice may be worth the squeeze. I'd be dropping Rudolph or Boyd for it.

I picked him up a week and a half ago. I dropped Dede Westbrook.

You pretty deep at TE/WR? Probably worth a speculative add if you can drop someone who isn't really going to see your lineup.

I also own Brissett was a second QB because Rustle has been disappointing in 4 of his last 5 (we lose a pt per sack). I legit wondering about Tanne week 15 (I think I'm getting a bye) or Daniel Jones week 15. Both dream matchups. So I could drop Brissett for Antonio instead. And yeah I carry 1 too many TE's, but Kittle has been hurt. WR is not amazing, but I fixed it big time with waivers the last few weeks so now it's Keenan, Chark, Deebo and Cobb. So Boyd is my 5th right now. Think I gotta make the move.

Brissett week 15 is @ NO, which in our league is almost unstartable. Since week 3 that Saints D hasn't given up anything to any QB. So maybe dropping Brissett for Antonio is the play.

I would drop Brissett. He is not good enough to hold as a QB2. Sounds like the wire options will be equal or better depending on match ups.

Yup came back to post that I did just that. As you say the week 15 wire matchups at QB are juicy. Our league's non-playoff teams don't play for much so the wire is extra soft week 15.

Not sure where the ideal landing spot would be. Pats (maybe), Colts, Packers, Seahawks, 49ers, Saints , Texans probably all take a chance if he's cleared of everything. I'd be bummed if it was the Eagles or Rams. Don't like. I'd take any of the others.

I have a (drunk) bet for $100 that if josh gordon or antonio brown got on the Packers roster this year and stayed 2+ years GB would win 3 or more of the next 5 super bowls. I am a homer.

I Think the Packers would be nuts to not try him out given the low risk nature of his ask. They'd be so deadly with him in the mix.

Lol there's no chance either one would ever last 2 years. And even if both of them went to GB there's still no way they'd win 3/5. That's just a whole different level of homerism

My thought process was that GB is less than 5% to land either of them, if they do come it will be less than 2 yrs before GB gets sick of their garbage and I wouldn't have to pay for 3-5 years so the time value of money means it is actually less than $100. So basically I was okay offering him a semi-free roll that is 99% to be a no bet for the chance to talk **** to him that night... Plus the happiness I'd get out of either of those guys being on GB is worth >>>>>>> $100 to me.

With Sanu now looking out for this week, can Brady be benched for guys like darnold (vs oak) or Driskel (at was)? Or am i taking the pats offensive woes too far?

i think you would be insane not to start Brady over those two choices.

i guess that doesn't always entirely mean fantasy production but he is the far superior Qb on a way better team and projections still favor tom everywhere you look

Driskell matchup is juicy. I'd probably rank him over Brady.

FWIW, Dorsett is in concussion protocol too. He's gonna have Edelman, Harry and Meyers as his 3 WRs this week. Plus Watson, who should be a PPR monster this week.

Not saying I'd bench him for either of those 2 guys, but it's pretty darn close.
