In my league where face other five teams in playoffs all three weeks, my team put up its high score on the season but I was suddenly in a sweat when the regular season champ had Slayton go off for 30 in the first half. That left me clinging to a 2-point lead on him but then Slayton gets nothing in the second half. Off to a 5-0 start as I go for my first title in the league’s three years. First year, I somehow went 13-2 in the playoffs yet finished second to another team that went 13-2 and outscored me by 4 over the playoffs.

Carolina has given up the 8th fewest pts to QB's in my league (we lose a point per sack). Rustle's last 3 road games in my league are 5, 3 and 11 pts...

These are QB's who have faced Carolina this year. The numbers are terrifying (4pt passing TD and 6 pt rushing:

Watson: 6
Jimmy: 10

Godgers: 9

And I can go on

The only 20ish all year were Brees, Minshew, Ryan the second time, and Tanne

These are tough, problem w SF stack is they have games where they only run the ball. Could foresee this being a lower scoring game. But i agree the choices are tough. Think i slightly lean tanne at qb, and if i went Garopp, id probably go lockett even with as bad as he's been second half of season

Winston obviously coming off huge game, but has the fractured bone he's playing through. Tanne been very good recently, but they could easily hand ball to henry 30 times. Wouldnt really consider Goff normally, although opponent starting Kupp and Higbee and Im a slight favorite i think and could reduce game variance by having goff in there

Second issue is what to do if Marc Andrews is active Thursday night after he left last game with injury. Game at home vs Jets who should put up no resistance, so fear is they limit his snaps. Also have to start ingram and crowder (ugly but a deep league) already on thursday. Other option would be rudolph at LAC

Finally, do we trust Conner vs BUF this week if he is active? My other option would likely be a WW wr

good enough for me. now I can flex singletary @ Pitt.

Last week's pickup of Rudolph was timely now that Andrews is questionable for a thursday game. Gonna need a big number out of Russel probably.

I think people in this thread are underrating Tannehill this week. Since he's started, he's averaged >22 points a week, with ~20 rushing yards/game. Playing in what should be a close game (spread of 3), with the highest O/U of the week (50). Has a great matchup (HOU 6th worst vs QBs from what I see on yahoo).

I think Jimmy G is a decent play, but am also worried the 49ers get out to a quick lead and are very run heavy throughout the game (spread 11.5).
