Defensive Tackles 1 point each
Sacked a QB 1 point each
Safeties 2 points each
Number of Defensive TDs 6 points each

I have 7 defenders currently (2 on a 1st/2nd year player Taxi Squad) out of 22 total active players and 6 taxi players:

You need to play 1 DT/DE, 1 LBer, 1 CB/S and 1 Flex.

DT/DE-JPP--he sucks--I want to replace him--is he worth keeping?

DT/DE seems like a crap shoot especially with assisted tackles not counting--should I be trying to upgrade JPP or sticking with him? He did 0 points last week--I'm not sure if it was fit, new system, etc.

LBer--Wagner (excellent), Lee, Foster (taxi)--should I just completely dump Lee at this point? I plan on putting Foster into the lineup as soon as he's done with injury and not looking back other than bye weeks.

I dropped Mark Barron for Lee--should I be picking Barron back up?

CB/S--Earl Thomas--Not the best but I think an upgrade for McCourty (NE)--not sure though, James (Taxi, Safety from Chargers)

Was thinking of picking up rookie Mike Hughes (Minnesota CB) to put on my taxi squad. Are CBs worth it at all? Seems like this is a league where safeties would be preferred since they tackle more.
You’re sack scoring is lower than I’m used to but outside of the top 5 DL are super hit or miss. It’s worth it to try and get a stud there.

Wagner has the chance to lead the lead in tackles every year. Can’t see not starting him in IDP. Lee’s a stud too but misses too much time. Maybe he gets dropped in a 1 LB league but he’s prolly got starter value so idk

CBs are generally inconsistent in these leagues. With your scoring system they’re going to be heavily dependent on TDs which don’t happen often. I’d aim for a tackle monster S who will consistently get you the 4-5 points there with occasionally more for into etc.

In a PPR league, I was offered Amari Cooper and Trey Burton for Leveon Bell. Can anyone give me a good reason to take this trade? Seems like an instant reject for me.

I have Howard, AP, Yeldon, and A Jones at RB currently, with J Smith and Eifert at TE, and Diggs/Tate/C Davis/Crowder at WR all rostered currently.

No, I can't. Cooper and Burton are borderline wire fodder. Maybe that would be approaching fair in week 10 with still no end in sight to the holdout.

How do we rank Lockett, Cole, Shepard, Enunwa, DJax going forward? Also, would anyone consider Ben Watson or OJ Howard over Jack Doyle?

I said "borderline." Which he is. Unless you're in a 14+ team league or start 2 TEs. In 10-12 team leagues with 1 TE spot, there's plenty of viable options on the wire.

0.5ppr, 2nd in scoring after week 1

I have: Thielen, E. Sanders, J. Gordon, Ginn Jr., and Ryan Grant. Will start 3 almost every week.

Was offered G. Tate for Gordon. Take the more consistent lower floor, or boom or bust guy who could finish anywhere this year?

Of $100, what's my bid?

Lockett=Enunwa>Cole>>>DJax>Shepard.

No way, it sure seems like Doyle is gonna get a ton of targets this year with the Colts worried about Luck's shoulder and their terrible O-line, they'll be dinking and dunking it to Doyle constantly.

Mack, though I suppose Richard has a higher floor if that's what you're going for.

Rest of team? I'd say it's def Gordon in standard, and prob Tate in full PPR, so .5 is tough. Like you said, if you need a homerun, stick with Gordon. If the rest of your team is stacked, then I can see preferring Tate.

Your value looks about right, you want to block anyone getting him cheaply but at the same time he's probably not going to add much value to you unless Kamara is injured

Seems like a reasonable bid. You aren't desperate at RB or anything and who knows how much of a role Ingram will come back to.

Trading Conner basically requires you to make a deal with bell owner so you're limited to his roster. Given bell could be back next week or week 10 his value is extremely variable imo. I took what I could get and moved on. Basically drafted alex Collins in round 10 now and I'm happy with that. I'm looking at playoffs and Conner won't be playing for me in playoffs. Yes it's lower than I would prefer but it is what it is. Also guy who owns bell is a no trade type guy so yeah I could ride Conner to some regular season wins but that's it. I have plenty of RB depth so I'm just loading up for long haul.

Someone trading zeke for Conner? Get real! Howard maybe....

Well, I was 6/8 on the waiver, so I didn't bother putting in a claim as I still like Burton, and the two teams behind me have Ertz and Engram.

Unfortunately, Kittle, Cook, and Doyle were all picked up.

All that's left is McDonald, Watson, Hooper, Eifert, Brate, Howard, and some other trash.

I assume y'all would just ride Burton, and see if he can improve on his catch percentage. He did have 6 targets...just one catch. I think that he will develop some chemistry with Mitch.

The good news is that I'm now 2/8 on the waiver claim list. I also picked up Mahomes and dropped Stafford after the waiver claims.

PPR league, being offered Dorsett for Lamar Miller. I'm fairly comfortable at RB but worried Dorsett's target count isn't sustainable when Edelman returns. Thoughts? Any similar WRs you'd be on the hunt for instead?

I am fine rolling with Burton, he will come around. It was just one game. He is way way better than all the options on your wire.

Would definitely not trade Lamar for Dorsett

This is a horrendous offer. You should be much closer to being offended by it than to considering accepting it. Someone around the Josh Gordon/Allen Robinson level would be more reasonable.

12 team PPR league someone dropped Kerryon Johnson. My rbs are thin with DJ Collins Crowell Penny and Latavius. How much of $100 faab budget is worth bidding on him?

My initial thought is $25. He should easily be the Lions leading rusher this year and 3 catches in his limited work Monday bodes well.

Cooter should be out of a job soon if he again insists on watching Blount fall down in the backfield or insists on giving Riddick RZ carries.

Blount left MNF with a knee injury and I have seen no updates - Obv would be huge for Kerryon long term value if Blount totally out of the picture, maybe bump the bid to $35-45 if that's that case

So this seems like an easy one. In a $1k YPL, I got killed week one and lost Delanie Walker in the process. Had 4th waiver priority and put a claim in for Cook (no one else seemed worth a waiver priority this week). I look this morning and someone ahead of me took Cook but dropped Jimmy Graham. Now I have the 2nd waiver. Seems like a slam dunk to pick up a FA like Watson or Ebron and burn the second waiver on Graham?

Why would you want to waste #2 waiver on a crappy TE when players like Eifert and ASJ are likely available for free and have more upside.

I'll enjoy loling at all the Cook and Graham people in a few weeks.
