NO isn't going to be trying to come from behind in a shootout every game.

Bears D worth a waiver claim?
They went undrafted in a few of my leagues, probably bc of the matchup @ GB this week.
Last year I laughed when people were burning waiver claims on Jax, but that moved turned out to be hugely successful

I'm not using a claim on them, but will try to get them after. v SEA, @ ARI, v TB, @ MIA, v NE, v NYJ, @ BUF is pretty sexy (outside of Pats obv)

Exactly. It was basically 2 games worth of stats stuffed in one game.

Why is nobody talking about Geronimo Allison? I know there are a lot of mouths to feed in GB, but he looked good last night (and last year).

I won't spend a waiver on them but will be there at 2am my time waiting to snipe them if no one puts in a claim.

Before this game you could have traded Antonio Brown for him straight up. Now you can't...….
WW I know where you are on this, but do the rest of you think it is reasonable to offer gronk for tyreek straight up with no other TE on my roster except an injured hurst in a dynasty (ebron, hooper, seals-jones, jacke butt on waivers)? What about leveon when i have saquon, james conner, cohen, AP & chase edmonds?

Did anyone watch the Ravens blowout yesterday? Was Alex Collins benched because he fumbled or because it was a blowout?

i.e did he get carries after the fumble?

I read that he was benched immediately after the fumble but probably would've returned if it wasn't such a savage beating. He'll still be lead back in week 2 probably.

thanks

I'm thin on RB but have Dixon so wasn't sure who to start next week. I'm sure more will emerge as the week goes on, but was hoping it wasn't a permanent benching because of a fumble against the lol Bills

There is concern since he had previous fumbling issues, but I doubt one incident gets him ousted. I own him in one league as well and will be paying pretty close attention throughout the week.

The haters are saying he was benched for fumbling, the optimists are saying it's a blowout and they have a short week so give the lead dog a rest.

He definitely better not fumble again though, that's for sure.

I'm sure that was one of him main instructions from coach this offseason

The fumble was early in the 2nd quarter - He didn't see the field rest of the half

Collins played the first Baltimore series in the 2nd half when it was 26-0.

Baltimore intercepted on the next series and had it first and goal on the 1 and gave the ball to Allen who scored on his first try.

Next Baltimore possession Jackson was in for Flacco and Dixon was in for Collins/Allen. Definitely wouldn't read too much into who is getting carries with a 40 point lead in the 4th quarter

Surprised to see Nyheim Hines get 9 targets yesterday. If desperate in a PPR league, could be a player that you can pick up as a FA and not use a waiver.

(week 1 your really shouldn't be desperate already though...)

Crowell and Darnold look pretty good - is Crowell a legit RB2? Or does Powell keep him at RB3? (I have 2 late drafts).

sadly this year's draft taught me that avoiding taking 2 guys from the same team as your top 2 picks isn't smart... could've gone Kamara - Thomas instead of Hopkins - Gordon 2018 Fantasy Football General Thread

So between the Bucs and Jets upsets how many survivor pools got destroyed in week 1? Has to be north of 50%.

10 touches in a blowout victory does not a RB2 make. Seems like he'll be a very TD dependent RB3 type similar to AlfMo or maybe even at the Peyton Barber/Chris Carson level.

It's been one week...though taking either of those guys over Kamara was certainly pretty bold.
