That series is why Mahome's has such crazy upside. He almost ran one in too...….If I was a rebuilding team with Rodgers I would trade him for Mahomes in dynasty......I'd get something added I liked too but I would absolutely pull that trigger. Mahomes is the future premier QB in this league...….

You realize that over the past 3 seasons, 40 passing TDs has been reached a grand total of... 1 time.
And only three in the past 5 years.

2013 Peyton had 55
2014 Luck had 40
2015 nobody
2016 Rodgers had 40

There is no way in hell Mahomes is throwing for 40 touchdowns. It would be a miracle if he reached 30.
The O/U has to be something like 22 or 23.

I know it's a long season but are you willing to up your projections on Mahomes yet after this game?

Big difference between Tyreek's game today and Thomas's...….That NO game Brees threw it 45 times......Mahomes is at 22 right now. One is sustainable one is two games worth of opportunities...…..and not sustainable...….

I get them wrong too......I just thought Mahomes tape in college was sick and then you pair him with Tyreek after he takes his game to the next level and I thought it could be a special pairing. The Chargers were missing Bosa so I'm going to hold back on going to crazy...…

I hope a bunch of you guys got bought in though...….

My only "projection" (if you want to call it that?) was that hes not reaching 40 and probably not even 30, so no, I'm not changing my mind on that after 1 game.

Fair enough. I only ask because I respect your opinion. I'm not calling you out. If Mahomes lights it up again next week I may ask again but it's only because you are probably less emotionally attached at this point. So just getting a price check from you so to speak.

I spent some time last night watching college tape of Mahomes and I just came away more impressed. One thing I've always noticed is how well he keeps his eyes down the field.

Fwiw I love Tyreek, and I was hoping to get him wherever I could in the 2nd round when I didnt have a pick at the 1/2 turn. Looks like I maybe I should've just grabbed him there when I could, but I was taking Gronk/Thomas there.

Im just not sold on Mahomes yet but ya he did look pretty fantastic today. Maybe I undersold him quite a bit

Getting Gronk and Hill in a snake draft given where they were generally drafted was impossible for me. I was close once, but that's about it.

Unless you did your draft really early it's pretty difficult to have them on the same team*.

*Obvious exceptions for auction, keepers, dynasty, etc.

Trubisky is the only QB that can give Mahomes a run for his money. So many great weapons. He's a plus athlete too. Chicago might smack GB in the mouth tonight...….

Love the Cohen usage so far...….he seems like a huge part of the game plan this year......

This Chicago offense looks awesome, but so many mouths is gonna make it tough to pick who’s gonna pull ahead between Robinson, Cohen, burton, Gabriel, probably just hurts Howard more than anything

If Fournette is out a few weeks maybe TJ Yeldon but I'm not a fan. He's going to be in some kind of split most likely.....

Fournette was going for 25 plus before he got hurt btw......
