Saints game last night was delicious. Without Mahomes and Hill and vs a smattering of Kamara/Thomas/Ingram, had to have been the best possible outcome with 4 nobodies receiving Brees TDs.

Long live WW itt.
this.

No one should be surprised that the guy who makes the most calls has a number of misses. I'm not going to research it, but imo when he's right he tends to be really right, and besides, it's your fault if you listen to ww on TEs lol. He IDs guys who should be studs but TE doesn't work that way.

Thielen has been so good that I'm surviving in a 2qb league with Stafford and Smith as my QB2s.

God fantasy football is fun
I'm having trouble figuring out why, guessing 4 teams make it?

I hit pretty big on Engram last year but yeah I have some big misses at TE. It's such a huge advantage when you have an elite TE. Elite Gronk/Graham years won a lot of leagues. I'm always trying to get the next one lol.

Just variance in a 12 man league. 4th right now, but a dog to the 5th place team to win this week after Thomas/Kamara, so that's gonna move me to 5th.

7th place team is going to win this week and him and I will be tied for 6th (final spot). Gonna be a win to get in, thankfully he's gonna be a dog week 13. I get the last place team week 13, although I still have to beat:

Luck
Jeffrey/Landry
Fournette/Collins
Ebron
Shady

I'd say he's live

It's the wolves corollary.

If you acquire a great player and it was a great call, he WILL get injured on you

Like Phil Hellmuth says, if it wasn’t for injuries, I’d have won every fantasy league I’ve ever played in.

Thread was a real chore to reset the last 100 or so posts.

WW is a net positive for the thread. Everybody has their misses. It's about generating discussion and giving attention to players you might otherwise not. Don't get the hate and the trolling.

That's an average of better than QB4 (QB3.73). I think calling it a monster game is fine.
Jesus christ it wasn't even a top 30 game on the season.
And who cares if it was 10-12 points above his average.
His average is trash. Compare him to QBs you actually want to start and it was merely a good game.

When I read that post I figured I missed something so I went to look at his scoring for the game, and was kind of baffled when I didn't see a Mahomesian 4+ TD, 400+ yard line.
Dude didn't even crack 30 points! gtfo

The trolling is partly because he posts al ot and so there is more to troll him with, plus he reacts so strongly to it. But the other part is that his posts about players tend to be pretty light on content and heavy on hyperbole. Most of his preseason posts were some form of "Been watching his tape and he is SO SICK. Gonna have a monster year." Those types of posts won't generate much relevant discussion and miss out on a large part of why a player has a good or bad year.

Hate and trolling for ww comes from the condescending tone of his posts. Guy acts like he's some kind of guru, and that is not the case

People who actually have that kind of knowledge/ insight play dfs and don't give it away for free. We're all on the same level here

haha I thought it was kind of funny. Plus I just wanted to use the word "corollary" once in 2018. Anyway pay special attention to the bolded:

I think Wolves has made the biggest calls in this thread during my time on 2p2. The batting % is in question (ok it's low), but if you actually landed the right calls, particularly in dynasty, you're crushing right now.

And I'm not so sure that we're all on the same level. Wolves is getting these things right right out of college. I don't watch college football, not enough time. But Wolves scouted DJ and Le'Veon right out of school better than most NFL scouts. So no, we're not all on the same level imho. Could we be if we devoted the time to watch the tape? Maybe. But I know he does.

Now all that being said, he didn't like Chubb or DJ Moore. So the scouting system is not without some flaws. But if I had to pick one of all of you in here to scout college players, it's 100% him. If I had to pick one of you to compliment on tone of post, it is indeed not him

Still? I feel like the edges are getting very small in dfs. I’ve toned down my play and left the big 2 sites
