But even on passing routes he seemed to just be going through the motions and they seemed really hesitant to give the best RB in football the ball. He didn't get a touch when they just needed a first down to end the game. But again even on passing routes he didnt look right

Yeah it seemed like he got hurt a bit early on. Good timing for the bye week though, I assume he'll be fine.

How high do you guys think Conner goes next season in half-PPR? In my three-man keeper league, I'm thinking of offering Mack (kept with 10th), Tyreek, Jared Cook, 3.10 and 10.10 for Conner (kept with 9th), Burton, 3.5 and 9.5. Giving up a lot this season to already the best team, pretty much guaranteeing him the title. But I'll be able to keep Conner three years for a 9th, 7th and 5th, respectively. Mack can be kept two years for a 10th and then 8th. This would give me some pretty epic keepers the next two seasons with Kamara (9), Conner and Thielen (7).

These trades are way too complicated to properly assess without knowing every bit of yours and his rosters and the keeper situations. Tyreek is insanely valuable keeper, why is he not mentioned? Too many variables to try and capture in a forum post.

That being said it matters what happens with Bell next year, but if Bell is gone from PIT and most other things remain equal, I would call Conner a back end first rounder. Seems pretty valuable in a keeper league. Only guys I think I snap ahead of him are Gurley, Saquon, Zeke, Hunt, Kamara. I'd lump him in with Gordon, and the top tier WR but I could see many arguments for having him mid first round.

Forgot you said half ppr, in which case he's certainly right there with Gordon and bump Zeke down a bit. So a clear RB1 mid to late first rounder.

Man, just generally speaking for fantasy, offense feels like it has taken such a big jump. There are so many good players next year if you land a top 5 pick next year you should have a ridiculous team.

If you told me the Rams would put up 54, I would have pegged Gurley for 30-40 points. Amazing that he didn't even hit double digits.

I only mentioned keeper value for the players who have it. Players taken in the first three rounds can't be kept. The trade is basically giving up Tyreek for the playoffs in order to move up from keeping Mack for a 10th and 8th the next two seasons to keeping Conner for a 9th, 7th and then 5th the next three seasons. Out of the players you mentioned, only Kamara is eligible to be kept. So you're saying Conner is the second-best keeper behind Kamara, which is also what I think. And I think Thielen is the third-best keeper, so I'm giving up Tyreek to have the three best keepers going forward. Though, on the other hand, Mack could also be a very good keeper and Tyreek could carry me to a title this season.

currently 6-5 and in the last playoff spot with two weeks left. I'm a huge dog this week with gurley on bye so I'm considering trading him. thoughts on gurley for zeke/brandon cooks?

Sounds good if you can get it. Then try to trade Cooks as well. Got to make sure to make the playoffs or the rest doesn't matter.

I drafted Stafford to play this week. I hate it. The Bears are ferocious and he's missing 2 WRs. I also am starting Golladay and don't want to throw all the eggs in the Detroit basket. Plus, I will likely start the Bears D.
