Did something change? Like did a certain WR start recovering from an ACL injury? I'm not a doctor but players recover at different rates from that injury. Sometimes they never recover.

Allen Robinson didn't look right until he did. I'd be a buyer now.

Injuries change things all the time. Garappolo loves Goodwin. Loves him. They never really got on the field healthy together. Is that a miss?

We play fantasy to win. It doesn’t matter if someone gets abducted by aliens , murders someone and goes to jail. If they don’t perform it’s a miss

How many players go through an NFL season without an injury? Like wtf

And excusing evan engram being a 2nd round pick because he's been hurt takes the cake. I'm still thoroughly enjoying this thread. Keep it going

In week 8 and week 9 when Allen Robinson was sidelined with injuries, Gabriel came on the field, pulled out his tiny nuts, and just flailed them around.

4/52, 3/45

No Robinson in the way. He's just not working out. And weirdly not because of Trubisky's completion %, which is still good for 17th overall. Fwiw Rosen is dead last in completion % at 32nd.

Engram was a huge hit for me last year.....i was in the season thread telling people to grab him late.

Oh and Cohen just scored......another WW guy but lol who's counting the hits LFC.

You're batting 1000 though on all the calls you've made in this thread.....oh wait....you don't make calls.....you just come in here and cry.

Trey Burton on the other hand is making any playoff team nervous right now. Think he's averaging 6.5 or so over his last 5 games. Butts be tight.

Ok I think we can actually talk sports again:

Cole Beasley's reception line for today is 3.5? That's stinky. over.

Cowboys will find it difficult to run. See Cole catching a lot of balls. More than 3.5 anyway.

Come on Wolves. He's averaging 6.5 pts in his last FIVE. He's in the s*itter right now. His good 4 weeks won't save anyone now. Last five weeks he's been outscored by 30+ TE's.

He is 5 spots ahead of your superstar TE Rudolph.....

He was TE 26 last year.......he's basically doubled his scoring output from last year........

Spoiler:
miss!

No soul on the planet wants to start Burton in the playoffs right now. Are we denying this? Dude look at the targets alone. Nobody can be happy with that usage.

TE 24 averages about 4 targets per. The last 5 games, Burton hasn't even been good for 4 targets on average. That's the scary part.

You got better material than Burton rafiki.

I especially like the ww move of pointing out his "hits" when his guys do something positive itt. Like Rosen td pass last week (in a 9/20 for 136 with 3td 2 int performance) and a Cohen td today

See this is what I mean. You get mad the second anyone points out a miss. You can set a clock to it.

If I was starting Burton in a playoff game and I was going up against someone with a good TE, I'd be nervous.

Nope just retrolling a troll buddy.

I don't understand how it's trolling. You're effectively saying that if people do well from a Mahomes, we worship. And if people do bad from a Cobb, we have to silently say nothing?

Why?

I honestly don't get that. That's like modern parenting thinking. Can't let the child know they ever did anything wrong. There's nothing wrong about balanced takes. As you've pointed out, I regularly give you credit when you're right. This constant need for only adoration is weird man.

My biggest misses this year:

Fuller, Fournette (at 12), Hogan, Fitz

I'm not going to set myself on fire or anything.

I'm not saying that. I admit when im wrong and never once asked for adoration. Not once. That's more made up bs. Just don't be a jerk.

I'm surprised you missed on Fournette. You told me you can predict injuries for players that are injury prone. Shocking you missed that.......

Thought you couldn’t carry a teammate or is that only college ?

Anyone who goes out on a limb in fantasy football is going to have a lot of misses, but WW influenced me to get Tyreek in all three leagues and trade Julio for Thielen early in a keeper, while I ignored the DJ talk in one league because there was no one I was taking first but Gurley, and the TE talk because I don’t take TEs early. So I’d say WW’s advice has helped me be top-3 in all three leagues.

Got one trade done at deadline. Traded Cooks (kept with 4th) and Trubisky (kept with 12th) for AB and Ben. Only 3 man keeper, no one drafted in first 3 rounds, and I’m planning to keep Kamara (9), Thielen (7) and Mack (10), so went after guys I’m hoping will do well with NE and NO in W15 and 16.

Beasley catching 8 or more receptions is +550... some value there?

I like it if only because there's a nice jump, 6+ is +130, 7+ is +250

Don't think I'd do 7 since a win is 8. He caught 7 against the Skins last time. 7 +250 just seems like a push at best.

What site gives you that btw?
