Yeah. I can’t believe some of these offers people think are close. I told him if he wanted Altuve it would cost him Bellinger and Bregman, not a fringe closer and a guy I wouldn’t even roster.

Nobody is giving up anything of value for Lowrie unless its a 20 team that starts 3 second baseman. Just ride him until his biannual DL trip.

If you can actually sell him high sure, but I kinda doubt you'll get offered enough to justify dealing him.

Just got offered Travis Shaw (he said he would also do Devers) for David Price - thoughts? It's a 5x5 league with OBP instead of BA.

My other starters are DeGrom, Ray, Samardzija, Maeda, Junis, Pivetta, and Tyson Ross.

My 3B is Longoria, 1b/3b is Belt, and Util is Tyler Austin. My only bench player at the moment is Senzel. Bird on the DL.

Leaning toward taking Shaw - his walk rate is up and looks like last year won't be a fluke, while Price's velocity is a bit down and walks up. Early, though.

If I told you a guy in AAA had made a major overhaul to his swing mechanics and was slashing .487/.600/1.026 (yes that an OPS over 1.600!), with 6 HR, 7 BB, and just 5 K's over first 50 PA's, and that guy just got called up, how fast would you race to the wire to grab him?

And then in his first game up in the bigs he blasted a 434 bomb to the dead opposite field - at 114 mph off the bat was one of the hardest hit balls to the opposite field in Statcast history. He followed that up 2 days later with a 464 ft bomb, also oppo, to a spot at ATT where NOBODY hits them. No balls haven landed there since Barry retired...

Who would you drop? I have Suarez coming off DL today.

Solarte 2B/SS/3B
A. Cabrera 2B/SS/3B

Cabrera doing best and Solarte is fine but I can't see much difference between them and they are both position flexible. I like Suarez upside but can't really see much difference here. The two I keep will be bench bats and not regular starters.

Just wondering what you guys think.
