Kinda this for me too. I don't think too many fooled themselves into believing that Peyton wouldn't continue to use 3 RBs, but AP supporters hoped that what he lost in volume he'd gain in receptions and TD opportunities. It's one game, but it wasn't pretty. Someone usually emerges from this backfield later in the season when injuries pile up, and it's almost a foregone conclusion that Ingram will eventually get hurt. The problem there is that Kamara would still be the preferred pass catching RB, so AP just doesn't have much ceiling in any event.
