Unless he starts getting snaps at WR or in a 2 man backfield with Howard, I don't see how he's going to be valuable enough to start regularly. He's not going to get many red-zone snaps, so his TDs will all need to be long scores. He's also likely to get no where near as many touches as he got week 1 (he played 28 snaps and got the ball 17 times; of the 23 passing plays, he was the target 12 times, that is not sustainable).
His upside (absent being able to take time from Howard) seems like Sproles-lite. Worth rostering for sure, but nothing to go crazy for.
