I don't have much love for Landry this year. Cutler <> Tannehill and even though I don't have any evidence, it feels to me like Landry might become the third best WR on that team, after Parker and Stills. (Given .5PPR and not full PPR as well).

Said another way, Cutler didn't get signed to check it down, and even if they asked him to, I'm not sure he would, IMO.

Also, your stable of WRs is pretty okay. So ask yourself if you want to spend $40 on the hopes that Landry is worthwhile as a keeper when Tannehill comes back I guess?

I got Cohen for $20 in my FAAB $100 budget league, albeit it's 2 RB/no flex .5PPR (other RBs are Gordon/Hunt) Kelwyn went for $10, yet Buck Allen goes for $30!?

I'm high on Buck Allen (has higher ceiling than Cohen imo), but obv not 30% FAAB high on him. Sorta got lucky that there was all of the Cohen and DJ/ARob distractions and I managed to get Buck cheaply in many spots. Fingers crossed.

is he worth an add? he is getting really old for a back! i know his snap count was the worst of the three in NO. Chance he ends up somewhere else? seems like the guy has some locker room issues/child ass whopping issues. Hey, I got two daughters 4 and 2 and even they need an ass whoopin sometime, dem kids. Seems like for him and JCharles, this is simply the year u don't care to own them?

Nah, until AP shows he can be used in the passing game, his snap count is going to stay low. The reason his ADP was 6th-7th round was that it was assumed he'd be a goal-line guy, and now we've seen that that likely isn't going to be the case.

Someone just dropped Perkins in my league.
My RBS are: Montgomery, Powell, Rawls, Sproles, Burkhead.

Should I pick up Perkins to have another potential 3 down back and drop Burkhead or just wait?

would u ever feel comfortable starting Burkhead? guess as the season goes on you never know. If you have a keen eye u may find some games in there where he expects to get some action being more of the specialized player he is (slot/scat back). he played 10 of 81 snaps in week one. I did not see any of NYG week one, all of their stats were horrible, but I'd say Perkins usage is going to be a lot higher than Bhead's(ppr does help Burkeads case a little)

I'm pretty desperate for a 3rd WR in a 14-team .5 ppr league. What do you guys think of the following players (FAAB):

Deonte Thompson
Rashard Higgins
Jaron Brown
Josh Bellamy

I feel like dumping a chunk on Rashard Higgins. Is that ok? Are any of the GB WRs worth bidding on with all their injuries?

Depends on your situation but I probably wouldn't as when bye weeks start coming the Jamaal Charles of the world and other valuable handcuffs will start getting dropped and then you're one injury away from a jackpot.
If you've got some Kenny Britt aids or something starting as your wr3/flex then ya, you better grab Nelson.

whos your number 1 pick this week ? nothing really exciting and I have number 1 choice that I must use (resets every week with rankings, spoilers I'm not having a good start).

I am ultra weak at RBs but carson/thompson already taken. Im leaning JJ Nelson but not particularly excited. Standard league

Kelley got hurt, and was absolutely killing it before he did. Perine looked bad most of the game. Kelley gets the carries when healthy. Injury situation there is unclear.

Big game on sunday. Reasonably effective WR. McCown can deliver balls effectively. Falls into the "hey they gotta throw it somewhere" category. Should have tons of garbage time production every game.

Am I wrong thinking this guy could be a very valuable PPR asset?

i think perine is a solid add but i doubt id use a high waiver on him. kelley apparently going to play through the pain, which is just code for "will eventually break his ribs", so its just a matter of time. the skins dont have a great track record of actually healing their players
