So Ashley, the mean top 12 kicker is good for 10 pts per game. The mean starting kicker (if you believe it's hard to even get a top 12 guess) is more like 8 pts per game.

lol I keep trying to lose with this dynasty team in a rebuild, and I can't actually lose. This week my WR's were Kendall Wright, Crowder and Taylor Gabriel. Will be in 5th place in that league after this week. So bizarre.

I drafted the Chargers in both leagues and held on all season. Finally paid off.

Now I get to drop them.

I've come to the conclusion that FF is just a series of coin flips, just that some years you manage to have QQ vs AKo for all of the flips

Went to go see how I'm doing vs the coin. Says my win rate is 66% (over 800 flips). I used to think obsessively mocking and sending a ton of trade offers made a big difference. Now I barely do either.

I noticed the biggest improvements when I started having to follow rookies because of dynasty. I think now I prepare 1/4 as much (mocks etc...) but the extra time on rookies makes all the difference. This year Kamara, Hunt, Cook before his death, Engram and a few others were the dudes a lot of people didn't bother with beyond Fournette/McCaffrey (that obv everyone knew). I think that and hoarding my waivers is a significant difference with the dudes in my leagues who are otherwise incredibly competent.

But yeah I wasn't lucky enough to draft OBJ or DJ or Godgers etc... Granted I jerk off to a little porcelain statue of Roger Goodell every night to protect my team. It really works!
