think if i took SP over an OF in rounds 4-6 i'd be happier, but i like it either way. Reached earlier for BHam so I could guarantee the SB's with so much power early

In a vacuum the team getting Darvish and Lester comes out slightly ahead (~5-10% more value in standard 5x5) from a pure dollar to dollar metric. But this is without considering that the team getting Kershaw frees up a roster place, and the value of a typical replacement level player you will be able to find mid-season + Kershaw is going to come out ahead of Darvish/Lester.

Would you trade a 1st round pick for a 5th and a 6th?

obv not, but the auction values im calculating show that Darvish + Lester > Kershaw

Like Taillon, think that's where I needed to take him to guarantee him, fine with it, and think he has a big year (his ADP is 134).

Not convinced on Paxton, but I'll probably get a share or 2 of him, but like Taillon>Paxton.

I'm pretty this Emerson guy is in my keeper league..

black dragon: don't like drafting watson when there's still a competition for the job (see: storen v osuna last year to see how badly that can blow up in your face)

your pitching is good, your offense is such a mixed bag that i don't know whether you should be trading away the homers you have or trading away the average/speed you have cuz as assembled i can't find any one category you're good at, just 5 you're middling. sano frazier and gattis will likely torpedo your average, you have 5 guys in your starting lineup who likely won't surpass 20 homers (murphy may), and of them 1 of them is gordon

idk. my opinion is build around homers cuz i don't think you'll be able to trade frazier or sano for anything but crap

flying eagles: you really ****ed yourself taking marte and taking pitching super early. you can't do both and have a workable offense. marte simply doesn't fit, you only have 2 guys who run and neither run enough that you can just rest on your laurels. your power numbers obviously have really high upside but also a super low floor with pederson bird sanchez and bautista's health

He seems pretty bad, but did well at YPL's last year, although that team he drafted was lolbad

he was in a few of my 200 leagues and he spent literally every other day sending harassing notes to me and notes to the league accusing me of cheating cuz that's the only way i could be in so many leagues. neither of those things bothered me, it was the fact that his notes influenced some teams not to trade with me cuz they thought i was cheating that aggravated me
