i'll discuss this more tomorrow but this is easily the draft i'm most satisfied with and i think the strategy i'm going to employ going forward. getting myers and polanco in the spots i would have taken cueto/verlander and carrasco/archer is preferable i think
I get the intention here, but just cannot get onboard.
Just don't see enough to trust with this staff. I see it more as a lotto ticket strategy.
The high value/safety arms going in the rounds 6,7 range u can secure to anchor a staff; still employing your strategy of waiting: (archer/carrasco/verlander/price/arrieta) has to make more sense; imo
The arms u come out with have plenty of potential, but much more likely leave u with a staff ERA exceeding 4.00
