Yeah this week was pretty crazy. I didnt sniff a sweat at anyting with 100 entries in the birdie. Question for you guys that mass enter, generally how many players are you playing when entering say 100 lu's in the big gpps? I had 28 in my 100 and feel like its too many.

This seems quite low to me - depending on the exposure you want to give yourself to the lower salaried players.

*Although I don't mass enter.

Seems too high to me. I'd have a core of 3 players or so, then another 10 tops.

Prices up for doral. Not gonna enjoy this one as much as no cut, yet will still invest loads of time and money into it. Dfs nation!

Yeah this is what im thinking/seeing from other guys entering max lineups. I dont enjoy these no cut tournaments as much either but of course will be firing away too.

Seeing these guys entering 100 LUs and bricking gives me the shivers though...I have 7 GPP lineups ready based on early research.

A core of 3, with 2 options at the 4th spot and then pairs of higher priced studs to complete.

Sadly I wont be able to roster Herman again this week...but next week he is back in!!!

Only doing a few lineups this week. Stats that stick out to me is Driving Distance, Birdie or Better %, Par 5 scoring, and SGT2G.

Currently going to go Holmes, Bubba as my core.

These small field, no cut events are always tricky. I'm trying to build most of my GPP lineups without a 5 figure player and target guys who can bomb it, are accurate from outside 200 and are good lag putters.

Some targets:

JB
Koepka
J. Thomas
Grace
Kisner
Leishman
English
Lowry
Berger
Piercy

Adam Scott & Ross Fisher
or
JB & Thomas
for cash. I know the latter will be super owned for cash. Just really preffered one all week but now getting tempted by 2...

Scott will have a higher owner % than JB. Thomas more than Fisher.

I always figure if I'm looking for a low percentage stud player then I'm doing it wrong. I want 1 or 2 68-78 players that will be under 2% that can bang out a top ten or a Friday 62. Those are the guys that make you money. If I happen to get the stud right that wins or finishes 2nd that is more important than their ownership percentage.

In these no-cut events having the winner is a must in order to sniff a big score...personally, I think this week will be similar.

Fading Koepka and Holmes entirely because they will be way overowned and have a very outside chance of winning...their value will be dependent on eagles IMO, which is fairly unreliable and not worth chasing in a GPP.

H2H cash?

Or 50/50s?

I don't think you can go wrong with JB and Thomas, as I would expect to see JB in alot of cash lineups.

I also like Charl Schwartzel in this spot as well, if your thinking of going away from the chalk at the price point.

I use the same for 2h2 cash & for 50/50s. Decided to go with Scott/Fiser because think they have more outright wins in them than JB/Thomas, and you prob need a win/top3 this week. Can see JB being a good top 10 bet but not top 5, but think Scotts a pretty great top 5 bet.
Thomas is erratic. Or thats my hopes...

God damn i hate no cut events

I have Haas, Holmes, and Bubba as having very good chances to win this week.

You've got 2 of those 3 right.

Haas blows.

Going with bombers this week myself. Bubba, DJ, Holmes, Day, Grace Laying off Adam Scott (no one backs up a win anymore these days, especially married dudes with kids (I know, I know, Day did it last year, but still (more parentheses)))

Also fading Rory (this new putting stroke thing is no bueno) and Spieth (worried about his lack of driver distance here).

Good luck guys.

Spieth has gone off the rails, but since I said that, he probably finds it again this week...

Not a fan of Haas either, very shaky all around of late.

Don't underestimate course form. Haas loves the redesign here, and I hope he is low owned as I could see him getting back on track.

If you told me he would be <5% owned I would be on him...his putting tho...maybe it is just what I see during the telecasts (lol sample size)

Watson going to be highest owned above 10000?

People hate Bubba, and I think the avg fan has a hard time rooting for him. I would think Spieth still highest owned.
