2) Scoring: G, A, P, +/-, PIM, PPP, SOG, SH%, GAA, SV%, SO
3) Lineup changes: Daily
4) Add/Drop: Whenever, possibly with a transaction fee.
5) Trades: League votes, w/ a trade deadline though
6) Playoffs: Perhaps only 4/12 unless we get 14 and we could do 8/14
7) Keepers: Keep up to 8 players per league, gain a pick at the beginning of the draft based on previous year's standings if you keep less.
Head-to-head or roto?

this is all pretty good. I like hits/block shots as cats too. SO kinda sucks in h2h, but don't mind it too much. SV is a good one too so people don't just sit on a good .gaa, sv%. also W.
and yes there should be a move limit. either 1 or 2 a week, or like 10-15 for the year.
2 IR spots would also be nice.
assume yahoo?
payout for h2h should be something along the lines of 50% reg season champ, 25% 2nd reg season, 25% playoff winner. Probably top 8 make playoffs.
