Both from the 4 hole. I thought they went okay but not great. Yahoo draft grader has them both in last place yet they are both favored in week one?

1. Ezekiel Elliott (Dal - RB) The chalk here although not sure about Dal O-line
2. Davante Adams (GB - WR) okay I think - this is fine
3. Tyreek Hill (KC - WR) likely a stretch but I wanted at least one share of this guy - waterwolves says: "Not a stretch"
4. Lamar Miller (Hou - RB) I got Miller everywhere and hope he doesn't suck i think he might suck, but he has volume for now
5. Royce Freeman (Den - RB) I like RB depth
6. Marquise Goodwin (SF - WR) like the bromance with Grap
7. Dion Lewis (Ten - RB) More RB depth is what I seek
8. Kyle Rudolph (Min - TE) TEs starting to fall and he should be a good part of that O
9. Sony Michel (NE - RB) I hate NE RBs but figured I would take a shot
10. Cooper Kupp (LAR - WR) okay WR in good O gets a lot of redzone work
11. Tarik Cohen (Chi - RB) If Nagy really carves out a role for him could be interesting
12. Kenny Stills (Mia - WR) okay? nothing special, but ok here
13. Ben Roethlisberger (Pit - QB) Waited and then waited longer for QB
14. Baltimore (Bal - DEF) Great week one matchup
15. Wil Lutz (NO - K) Good offensive team in a dome lol kickers

Again form the 4 hole

1. Antonio Brown (Pit - WR) Didn't want Zeke again and figured I could get acceptable RBs in next 2 rounds
2. Dalvin Cook (Min - RB)
3. Jordan Howard (Chi - RB) I am fine with Cook and Howard
4. Golden Tate (Det - WR) meh nobody I really liked/wanted at this spot
5. Lamar Miller (Hou - RB) More Miller don't suck!
6. Marquise Goodwin (SF - WR) More Goodwin yahoo hates this pick
7. Trey Burton (Chi - TE) I buy the breakout hype
8. Michael Crabtree (Bal - WR) meh
9. Tevin Coleman (Atl - RB) decent RB depth play
10. Duke Johnson Jr. (Cle - RB) catch LOTS of balls! see what happens with Landry +
another rookie RB + competent QB who may not check down as much. Still a good pick here.

11. Matt Ryan (Atl - QB) waited again
12. Nelson Agholor (Phi - WR) okay I think could be big while alshon is out
13. New Orleans (NO - DEF) nice week one matchup
14. James White (NE - RB) catch lots of balls!
15. Harrison Butker (KC - K) kicker

I think both teams should be competitive even though Yahoo gives C- to both and projects both in last place. I probably should have taken a few flyers but there are tons of flyers on the board.

Not sure why yahoo dislikes Goodwin, but he did climb on draft boards very quickly since original rankings came out. Yahoo rarely makes big adjustments.

Both teams look good to me.

Following that up with the Sanders pick is just overkill at WR when your RB situation was so weak imo, especially since you can only start 4 of those receivers.

Its going to be a strong team either way, but if you can find a solid RB on the wire it should be really good.

Again, thanks for the feedback.

Would you looking to pickup a Fat Rob Kelly (as an AP handcuff, backup plan) or someone like Samuels and dropping any of my admittedly ****ty RBs? Maybe try to move Allen Robinson for a 2nd tier RB like Crowell or Tevin Coleman? Move OBJ or Hopkins for a bottom tier 1/top tier 2 RB (Cook, Howard, Mixon)? Or let it roll and see what we have?

Auction Draft: 6 point QB TD's, PPFD QB/RB/RB/WR/WR/WR/TE/Flex/K/D

1. Philly D $2
2. DeAndre Hopkins WR $59
3. Jordan Howard RB $38
4. Russell Wilson QB $12
5. Christian McCaffrey RB $40
6. JuJu Smith-Schuster WR $17
7. Jake Elliot K $1
8. Jarvis Landry WR $12
9. James White RB $3
10. Tevin Coleman RB $6
11. Jordan Reed TE $3
12. Philip Rivers QB $1
13. Latavius Murray RB $1
14. Ryan Grant WR $1
15. James Conner RB $1
16. Kalen Ballage RB $1
17. Chad Williams WR $1
18. New England D $1

Mistakes I made were spewing on Wilson and JuJu. I could have gotten Cousins for $2 towards the end. Rivers was a glitch, I would never pick a 2nd qb on purpose. All in all, I am pretty happy with this draft, but I am going to need to work the wire to sure up the WR core.

Thoughts?

I personally wouldn't bother with Kelly. Even if AP gets hurt or just sucks and loses the job (I dont think he will lose the job due to sucking) you dont want to be starting Fat Rob.

I def wouldn't trade Hopkins or OBJ either. If you get a fair offer for Robinson then sure, but no need to make any kind of panic trade now where you lose value. I'd be totally fine playing it out for a couple weeks.

Ya, your team is fine. I wouldn't think about trading one of your top WR's until one or 2 of your WR3's start showing something.
Do you have IR and planning on throwing Foreman there? Hope so because he may be some dead weight to carry for awhile.
You probably already know but as your possible poor man's Eckler replacement, grab that Phillip Lindsay kid from Denver as a PPR flier if you have the roster spot. Besides that, the RB's looked to be picked pretty clean for now but someone will pop up.

12 team full PPR, out of the #10 spot.
Start qb/3wr/2rb/2flex/te
So a bit deeper starting lineups than usual, can start up to 5 WRs

When 7 RB's went before my first pick and then Gordon, McCaffrey, Hunt, and Cook all went between my #10 and #15 picks I decided to try something a bit different than I usually do. Not sure how much I like the result. Some questionable picks for sure. Hoping one of my bench WRs becomes a locked in flex starter within the first month or so.

QB - Cam(7)
WR - Beckham(1), M.Thomas(2), T.Y.(3)
RB - Miller(4), Burkhead(6)
TE - Doyle(11)
Flex - Goodwin(5), Jamaal Williams(8)
DEF - Pats(17)

Bench - Duke Johnson(9), Austin Ekeler(14), Corey Clement(16)
Tyler Lockett(10), Michael Gallup(12), Chris Godwin(13)
Andrew Luck(15)

12 team standard with 2 wr 2 flex

qb is an absurdly deep position this year, might switch out rivers for roethlisberger

I'd keep Rivers over Roeth, especially with the Bell situation.

In general seems like a solid draft. Nothing stands out as either a huge bargain or a reach. Personally would have passed on Jones for a RB with chance to play right now. I like to churn the end of my bench, and problem with Jones is that you really need to hold him until the suspension is done to see if he's going to have any value.

12 team, non-PPR 1 flex, no kickers.

3 keepers were Kamara, McCaffrey, and Keenan Allen.

Had the 3rd pick in a non-snake draft.

QB - Luck (9), Carr (15)
WR - K. Allen (K), D.Thomas (5), Woods (7), Watkins (8), Cobb (10), Gallup (12), J. Brown (13)
RB - Kamara (K), McCaffrey (K), D. Freeman (4), R. Jones II (11)
TE - Olsen (6)
DEF - Ravens (14)

Would have preferred not to have 3 RBs so early, but decided that the drop-off from Freeman to best WRs available (Diggs, Thielen, Baldwin) was just too big. Will drop Carr once Luck officially going to play.

Like both teams baseball, but like the Zeke team the most. It's tough to say much without knowing who you passed on in some spots.

PPR Auction last night w/ 2 keepers. Was too patient at the beginning and missed some bigger names that went for decent prices, but seemed better as the draft went on.

Ezekiel Elliott, Dal RB (K) $41
Josh Gordon, Cle WR (K) $8
33 Keenan Allen, LAC WR $52 - last WR1 available and I had most money
46 Joe Mixon, Cin RB $31 - wanted two tier 1's, but I passed on price.
66 Chris Thompson, Wsh RB $9 - got caught with him, but I don't mind.
68 Lamar Miller, Hou RB $18 - was a target
76 Emmanuel Sanders, Den WR $15 - target
96 Chargers D/ST D/ST $1
97 Jamison Crowder, Wsh WR $5 - like him here in PPR w/ Alex Smith
106 Kenny Stills, Mia WR $3
109 Deshaun Watson, Hou QB $7 - thought team was middling and points matter, went for Home run.
115 Bilal Powell, NYJ RB $2
116 Harrison Butker, KC K $1
124 Matt Breida, SF RB $3
136 George Kittle, SF TE $1
140 Courtland Sutton, Den WR $2 - him or Tre'Quan Smith?

Other players: AB $66, OBJ $51, AJG $51, Julio $53, Hilton $43, Barkley $50, DJ $57, Cook $43, Freeman $46, CMC $55, Bell $61, Fournette $58,

I have to drop Hunter Henry but our league only allows us to roster 8RBs. So to get Lindsay I'd have to drop an RB and just not sure who to drop as all are flyers. Guys like Foreman (who yea I plan on hanging on to given my RB situation), Jones III and Chubb who hopefully get a shot down the road once their teams realize their starting RBs are trash. And then guys like Hill and Blount whose roles aren't really known yet and might be a decent play if I'm desperate to vulture a TD or something. So who would you drop to pick of Lindsay if anyone?

PPR 12 team QB td's = 4 pts.
3wrs/2rbs/1te/1flex/no kickers

League only pays 1st and 2nd (plus total points)
I figure with a top heavy league I wanted to gamble a little with Gordon. I love Freeman and planned on picking him there no matter what. I also had pre planned on taking Gordon and Henry where I got them. My biggest mistake was not taking Kittle at 11 so I got some work at TE (still waiver/trade options).

Yahoo gave me a D+ Ha! Like waterwolves, I'm projected to be worst in my league LMAO

Thoughts? Likes/hates?

Round Pick Player Position
1. (1) Todd Gurley II RB
2. (24) Royce Freeman RB
3. (25) Mike Evans WR
4. (48) Josh Gordon WR

If I really wanted Lindsay I'd drop Foreman but I think they are equal fliers at this point. I'm a Forman owner in dynasty and I'm fully expecting this year to be a write off. Achilles for a RB was pretty much a career ender a few years ago. I just don't see him coming in right after week 6 and being useful but I'm not going to go to battle with someone if they think differently. We all have our sleepers that we want to see pan out.
A player like Lindasy, Eckler, Cohen, etc... need an OC that can gameplan to take advantage of those guys, does Denver have that play caller? I don't know. Also, remember Lindsay is an undrafted FA, he's going to really have to light it up to take all of Booker's touches.
Again, I think your team is fine. Blount could very well be the early season lead back, Hyde gets hurt, all kinds of things that can get you one of your RB's to low RB2+ level.

12 team non PPR, 11th pick

QB Russ (5), Mahomes (14)
RB M Gordon (1), McCaffery (2), Burkhead (7), C Clement (11), J Wilkins (12)
WR Hilton (3), Juju (4), Fitz (6), Crowder (8), Jeffery (9)
TE Njoku (10)
K Prater (15)
D Baltimore (13)

Feel like I went to value town a lot. Took Mahomes 2nd to last round in case he pops off. Don't usually get 2 QB's but after getting Watson'd last year, yea.

Missed out on Royce Freeman 1 pick before me. My only real draft frustration.

While I usually contend that, for the most part, the lower the grade Yahoo gives your draft, the better it was...this grade seems fairly accurate. Hopefully Gurley has a season as amazing as last year. Good luck!

Obviously Royce went pick right before me so Russ was definitely a **** kind of pick. I didn't love anything in that spot. For arguments sake Rodgers went R2. Watson and Brady R4. Brees and Matt Ryan (guy was on crack) R5 then I took Russ.

And no I'll never draft Cam.

12 team PPR live draft from pick 2 - Tuesday night

Thoughts? I did zero mocks with both early TE & QB picks so felt lost the entire way

DJ(2) (Gurley went 1 and had already talked myself out of Bell)
Gronk(23) (wanted Howard or Evans - never happy taking a TE this early)
T Hill(26) (wanted Mixon - this was purely WWWWD pick)
A Rodgers(47) (waited patiently for Collins or Miller to fall - they didn't - I panicked)
Marvin Jones(50) (?? Sanders and Landry went right after this pick - indefensible)
J Crowder(71) (thought Ingram/J Williams or Burkhead would get back to me)
P Barber(74) (him and Hyde really only 2 starting RBs still on the board)
K Benjamin(95) (no clue what I was thinking )
M Breida(98) (time for some RB longshots - may be better in PPR than Morris)
D Parker(119) (my new Kenny Britt - this will be year 4 he disappoints me)
A Jones(122) (really happy here - chance to be the guy in a month)
C Clement(143) (guy next to me at the draft was an Eagles fan - said this guy was good)
J Conner(146) (selected solely b/c Le'Veon likes strip clubs and making rap songs)
S Ware(167) (guy used to have an RB1 job)
D Carr(170) (wasted pick - same bye week as Rodgers)
M Prater(191) (homer pick - he does hold the record longest FG )
TEN Def(194) (cheat sheet pick)

I hate D. Freeman. While not an elite talent, my eyes tell me Royce is a real deal 3 down back and he would have been gone in next 10 picks anyway.
Cam was 2nd in PPR scoring last season (7th overall) and 4 pt TD's favors him even more. He's a steal at the end of the 6th imo.

I agree though, if Gordon doesn't pan out I need to make some trades for WR.
