So here's how things go when you trade for both the first pick and the second pick in 12-team PPR. Entering the season with ...

QB-Cam
RB-DJ, Bell, Burkhead, Dion, Quizz, Sims, Carson, Washington
WR-Crowder, Maclin, Decker, Hogan, JMatt, John Brown, Amendola
TE-Fleener

I'm pretty happy with it. Think I still have some good PPR options with upside at WR. Obviously will go as far as DJ and Bell take me.

No, no it isn't. I like the Evans, Gronk, and Cousins picks. The rest is a whole lot of meh at best imo.

I'm not used to standard, so maybe I'm missing something, but how is Mel in the 2nd and ty Hilton in the 4th meh? Not arguing so much as trying to understand for future reference.

Ya cool, consider $50 booked weeks 1-15. Remind me if I forget.

I don't hate your starting lineup. I actually don't mind it for 10 team standard but players like Kelly/Gore/Djax/Lacy really have no upside.

They will do enough just to keep you from cutting them, they aren't worth anything in trade, and they will not be a common denominator on championship teams.

Booked for $50. I have Evans you have Jordy full PPR weeks 1-15.

Whose scoring are we using?

I actually like your bench. Snead can be a really productive receiver when his suspension ends. Jackson better in a standard league for the 2 rec 95 yard TD game he can have. Kelley has some upside. Gore is Gore but think you can trade him for someone who will be desperate for an RB.

But for a 10-team league that starting lineup is pretty bad imo. I love Evans, and Gronk in the 3rd is a good pick but after that a whole lot of meh. Hilton is going to be useless without Luck. No idea why he is still going even as high as the 4th round.

so bell,hopkins,DT,Kelce,Diggs,Abdullah?

Looks OK but you have a massive gaping hole after your RB2. I ain't trusting any of those 3 on a weekly basis. You need Abdullah to be what the Lions hope he is. He could finish anywhere between RB5 and RB35 IMHO. As a long time Lions fan I can honestly say I have no idea what he is going to do this year.

McFadden should be fine to plug in weeks 2-7 with that offensive line. Think it's fine. Agree on Abdullah though. He's a guy who has a perfectly good upside but someone I wanted no part of in any of my drafts

I think Melvin Gordon is vastly overrated this year (he sucks, is injury prone, and is almost certain to experience a good deal of TD regression, just look at his TD numbers, or lack thereof, 2 years ago), so getting him where you did is ok I guess, but nothing special imo.

Hilton without Luck is maybe a WR3 type I guess, and we really have no idea how long Luck will be out at this point. Not a terrible gamble, but nothing I would be thrilled about.

Thus, meh

I think you almost certainly made a mistake in the 2nd round and probably the 3rd. Other than that, looks good. RB2 is obv not ideal, but Bell gives you such an advantage at RB1 that it isn't that big of a deal, plus RB2 tends to not be that tough to fill in during the season if you are active on the wire.

My final one, 10 man .5 PPR snake out of the 4 spot 2WR/2RB/flex. QB's with 6 pt passing TD's.

Since the other managers are quite a bit weaker there's ample room to get good options on waivers for depth. So really went with difference makers at every position knowing 6/10 make the playoffs.

QB: Brees, Carr (Carr was there super late, had to take him since I dont love Brees on the road)

WR: Julio, Fitz, Parker, Coleman, Cobb

RB: Zeke, Miller, Gore, DMC, Forte, Smallwood

TE: GRONK!!!

DEF: KC

Figure if that team creeps into the playoffs in the 5-6 it's gonna hurt someone come playoff time.

Got invited to a last minute keeper league, and I got the worst keeper value obv. Another team dropped out last minute so they drafted a ghost team? Basically a bye for everyone...still dumb as some will get to play it twice...

It's 1/2/2/2 flex/te/d, standard, 4 pt passing tds, no ppr

Gonna be an uphill battle

I always seem to get him several rounds past his ADP, seems like I never have a choice! We certainly know they'll be passing a lot always down in games at least. Bring on those garbage tds.

First time doing a more higher buyin auction draft (all my others have been with friends with a couple weak owners).

PPR, no K, no Def, no trades.
QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, Flex, Flex, TE

Ben Roethlisburger $3
Julio Jones $58
Antonio Brown $63
Pierre Garçon $16
Carlos Hyde $21
Frank Gore $5
Corey Davis $3
Eric Decker $3
Paul Perkins $3
Jonathan Stewart $4
Mark Ingram $11
Adrian Peterson $6
Charles Clay $1
Carson Wentz $3 (final bid... Carson Palmer and Mariota was still out there so I should have waited. Kinda panicked. )
Matt Breida $1

I may have overpaid on Garçon.... A ton of value wide receivers went right after (Allen Robinson, Jarvis Landry, Jamison crowder went at $16 or less, ugh)

Any feedback appreciated.

I think with no trades possible it's harder to get out of a bad situation. Gore/Ingram/Peterson/Stewart is a good quadruplet of old RB's. I think once you committed to Antonio/Julio I would have looked at my WR3, WR4 and WR5's all being $1 players. That's $19 more dollars available, which turns Ingram into someone more reliable. That's me, simply because I think a lot of the $1-$3 speculative wideouts this year probably have similar ceilings to Decker and Corey Davis. I also think you'll find what Perkins does for $3 is probably gonna be pretty close to what Ingram does for $11.

Sure.

Just default PPR scoring on Yahoo? Not familiar with it off the top of my head but as long as we agree on something it's cool with me

It's kind of awesome that the #1 receiver for a team went in the last round to a ghost team.

I also have Jamies Winston as QB on 2 teams, so betting against Evans is interesting.
