Payouts are sent, again sorry guys I haven't been checking 2p2 for the last few months and that will probably be the same going forward. A few people still owe for 2018 and Dan owes last place tax. I will try and send reminder PM's this week.

I think it's pretty unclear still. From what Ive heard, it may be different depneding on what site your playing on. So in our case, it will be however ESPN facilitates it.

I've heard multiple scenarios though, including one where he will be two separate players (Otani the batter and Otani the pitcher).
