Re: 2018 NFL FFB Start/Sit Thread

I'm in a dream spot right now but it's option overload. I need to start 2 RBs, and one for flex. Standard league so no points for a reception.

RBs:

Spencer Ware
Aaron Jones
Nick Chubb
Joe Mixon
Matt Breida
Chris Carson
Josh Adams

WRs:

Brandin Cooks

Leaning Spencer Ware, Aaron Jones, and Breida.

For the record it's a 12 team league. My first two picks were Antonio Brown and Tyreek Hill. Mixon fell to the third, and Chubb, Jones, Breida, & Carson were gamble RBs I drafted that paid off.

Re: 2018 NFL FFB Start/Sit Thread

I’m right there with skellig, I also have an embarrassment of riches in PPR. I need 3wr/2rb/1 flex from this group:

Adams vs Ari
Allen vs Pit
Woods vs Det
Conner vs LAC
Jones vs Ari
Ware @Oak

Leaning these 6. But I also have

DJ @GB
Mixon vs Den
Sanders @Cin

Would you sub any of those 3 for the top 6? Looking for upside as I’ve already secured a bye, and I was 35 points behind the high scorer coming into this week for the season for a cash prize. The current high scorer has Zeke.

I definitely like Ware and Jones. I think I like Chubb or Mixon over Breida. Probably Chubb more. I wouldn’t consider Carson or Adams.

Tough to not get Cooks in there, but I think you need to go with a back in the flex spot.

PPR pick 1, looking for maximum upside as I'm 20 points back for season points bonus:
Duke Johnson @ HOU
Jalen Richard vs KC
Peyton Barber vs CAR
Christ Thompson @ PHI

TY. Chubb was my second choice to Breida. I think I'm gonna make the switch.

I would stick with those 6.

DJ is still getting a lot of runs up the middle and GB has two studs at DL there.

Robert Woods has been one of the most consistent players all year and Detroit keeps getting burned on the outside. That's why I like him over Emmanuel.

FYI, for Diggs owners. His knee swelled up over night, and even though it was reported this morning that he was expected to play today, he is now a game-time decision.
Blah.

I like Duke or Jalen (since Oak should get crushed).

Thompson could have a good game, but who knows what will happen with McCoy back there?

Re: 2018 NFL FFB Start/Sit Thread

0.5 PPR, 0.5 rec FD.

Tyler Lockett v SF or Chris Godwin v CAR?
Also have the option to bench A.J. Green v DEN if you're worried about his health and QB.

Standard scoring for tonight:

Keenan Allen @ PIT or or JuJu v LAC?
Can bench David Johnson @ GB if you really think that's the smart play.

Re: 2018 NFL FFB Start/Sit Thread

Standard League, who goes in the FLEX?

Boyd @ LAC
Carson v MIN
Ridley @ OAK
Landry v CAR
Moore @ CLE
Smith @ TB

Between Boyd and Moore for me at the moment.

Standard league

DST
- Titans (owned)
- Washington Team, Patriots, or Steelers (available on WW)

Flex one
- Lamar Miller, Samulels, or TY Hilton

Re: 2018 NFL FFB Start/Sit Thread

.5 PPR

Pick 2

AP vs NYG
Jeff Wilson vs Den
Gus Edwards @ KC
Barber vs NO (seems like an awful matchup)

Pick 1

Boyd @ LAC
Baldwin vs MN
Ridley @ GB
Reynolds @ Chicago
Parker vs NE
Doctson vs NYG

Leaning AP and Wilson for RB. Leaning Boyd for WR. I could also play 2 WR and one of those RBs but I doubt that can be right.

I’ve got Jeff Wilson and Gus for the two rbs, and easily agree with you on Boyd.

APs touches have been going down, they’re not going to have many goalline opportunities, and Chris Thompson is back for all the pass catching responsibilities. Feels like the other two have more upside, though Gus could have a lower floor due to game script.

Taylor Gabriel pretty easily. The kc game is an outlier for Jordy (and Carr).

Re: 2018 NFL FFB Start/Sit Thread

(8 team) Full PPR league, in a tough spot. Need a RB and Flex from this group:
Edwards @ KC (lean)
Diggs @ SEA (lean)
Ware v. BAL
Edelman @ MIA
Sutton @ SF
Mack @ HOU
---Can add Justin Jackson v. CIN, which I am starting to lean

Got some not ideal match-ups at RB. Feels like Edwards is a no-brainer but he doesn't catch passes, and I'd hate to be caught with my pants down if Diggs can't play for some reason Monday.

Re: 2018 NFL FFB Start/Sit Thread

I would go Ware and Mack.
If Diggs was 100% I would go Ware and Diggs.

I can see a very juicy game script for Ware.
Mack and Edwards is close, but I think KC hasn't scored less than 26 this year and Baltimore won't be running the ball much in the 2nd half (other than QB scrambles)

I hate 8 team leagues. I started Fournette last night and need upside from 2 of these:
David Johnson
Lamar Miller
Mark Ingram
Ekeler
Ware

I have DJ and Miller in right now but it feels like a crapshoot.

Thanks but yeah, not totally sure. Gabriel definitely safer but figuring Jordy may be fully fit and more likely to score a td

Re: 2018 NFL FFB Start/Sit Thread

PPR league with 2RB, 2WR and flex

T.Hill v Ravens
C.Sutton @ 49ers
A.Cooper v Eagles
K.Stills v Pats

A.Kamara @ Bucs
L.Miller v Colts
N.Chubb v Panthers
D.Williams v Ravens

I think only Hill and Kamara are locked in for this lineup, I unfortunately ended up with Josh Lambo and the Jags D in last nights game which scored me 1 and 4 points respectively, and my opponent had the Titans D which scored 10 points, so now I am projected to lose 139 - 119. For the first time this season in any of my leagues I am actually unsure on who to start and don't want to make a costly mistake as it is the first round of the play offs!

4/pass TD, questions you never thought you'd ask at the start of the year: Godgers vs Failcons or Allen vs Jets? Probably going the obvious now the Fat Mike drag factor is gone, but still...

Also Wilson or Pettis, both vs Broncos, no PPR
