If its heavy snow then you can downgrade everybody since those games tend to be low scoring. If it's light, then I would worry more about what the wind will be like in terms of whether to downgrade receivers. I think it was found that rain had only a minor effect on passing performance, but wind above 15 or 20 mph had a fairly significant impact on performance.

my team:

I think I am putting a little too much weight on Olsen's value(originally), I came for opinions. Olsen is a decent fantasy TE, look at his numbers, pretty consistent for a TE. He has been less reliable over the past two years now though due to injury. I kind of hate the fact of dropping him because he seems like too valuable of a TE but at this point, it seems Njoku is a better option, based on my research(mostly looking at projections in various places). With Baker in there now, I can't disagree. Hell, there is Jack Doyle on the WW who even seems he alone may be a better TE option based off some projections.

So, should I drop Olsen for a better flex play or Doyle? Or, look to package Olsen in a trade or keep him? Admittedly, dropping him for a backup flex(some depth) seems like the best play even though earlier in the week I was thinking differently, or even last week, when I picked him up . Not a ton of flex play value on WW either though(Henry, Godwin, Jordy, J Williams(GB), Dede W, and R Anderson to name a few. Jameis is on WW, while some guy in my league holds case Keenum, Jameis could be a decent option here(his projections are huge this week from what I have saw).

probably should start looking to upgrade at WR with my 5 decent RB's most importantly, but my league is laxxed, to say the least(one trade all year)

Nobody will trade anything of value for Olsen. I would not be surprised in the least if he gets reinjured within a week or two, feels like he is rushing/being rushed back way too quick for this injury. Yes, he has had a good career but it's not predictive and he's old. He's probably owned in all of my leagues but I don't think that is saying much.

think I am going to stand pat and see how this weekend goes . I think Jameis would be my best swap for him thinking about ROS and the fact that D Watson is Q this week, although highly likely to play it seems.

on fantasypros i filtered for top 5 QB in season analysts and their ranks had Jameis as #4 QB for the week, On FFtoday, he was #1 . next week he is home vs the Browns

I think I'm going to pick him up as a hedge/blocker, I love blockers(mostly because it is a cool word)

man, FML though, I can always fall back on Doyle as a backup or w/e but I was just looking at Fanduel to see how they ranked some things and they have Olsen $400 more than Njodkudkudku this week

I have done like 7 edits: but now what I am after is this: Are you guys looking at Fanduel and DraftKings when thinking about your weekly fantasy rosters outside of those platforms? seems to me, obviously, we should consider their rankings(salaries), as I assume they are pretty solid. In short experience, they(FD and DK's) seem to conflict with a lot of the fantasy rankings from other sites. Even among DK and FD, I am seeing big differences in salaries.

Tucker went for $13 of $200 FAAB. I put a $3 bid. If I had a worse kicker I might have been more aggressive, but since I had Butker, I just put a little bit on it.

olsen seems like a hold and see given the abysmal state of TEs this season. yeah theres a high chance he gets hurt, but you have no chance of somewhat consistent 70 yd + td game upside from njoku like you could with olsen

well fml, u were too late to the party

yeah, maybe jumped the gun, I liked grabbing Winston. Probably should have dropped that douche M Williams instead (sorry Mike u pry arent a douche at all but in fantasy u r). Hell, Jameis on DK and FD was pretty weak for this week, that speaks volumes too, he's middle of the pack damn near, probably should have stood pat!

the intricacies of fantasy, they are there. If I didn't have children I would probably be way more active in it.

Yeah I’m as low on Olsen as anyone, but I would still hold onto him over guys like Mike Williams and Crabtree.

And no I wouldn’t use any dfs prices weekly decisions in season-long leagues. They are slow to adjust, are set early in the week, and ignore many important factors.

Fair value I think. It's better money spent then the guys who dumped 50%+ in week one on Enunwa, for instance. (Sorry WW, not an intentional dig at you)

Yeah. Might be starting Rivers of Goff. Kind of hope the snow is heavy since my opponent is going to start Cooks.

Bell wins the trade, but with your roster your rb is very thin. You have Mixon and lindsey

Poor DJ.....rb2 this year until McCoy is gone. Have to hope he gets fired after the season. He's not going anywhere this year.....

Targets

Chad Williams - 6
Ricky Seals-Jones - 6
David Johnson - 3

Arizona net offensive yards ranking.

Spoiler:
32.

I mean are you serious McCoy?

Lol

Unless you think McCoy is fired this year it's safe to trade DJ in redraft.

I think cupp/cooks kinda hurt...check out injury report. I'd go keenan + woods + healthier of above two

They sound like they are both going to play. Their injuries were both concussions, so there shouldn't be any effect on their performance if they play

When you have an elite talent like Ricky Seal-Jones you've got to sacrifice targets somewhere

Aaron Rodgers is in for a huge second half of the season. It's all on him. The Packers can't run the ball.

Love seeing 45+ passing attempts against this schedule.

SF/LAR/NE/MIA/SEA/Min/ARI/ATL/CHI/NYJ

He's going to push for the #1 QB in FF this year.

Hot Take! I can see the headline now!

"Player drafted as #1 Fantasy QB has a chance to be the #1 Fantasy QB!"

I mean, that's pretty much what everyone has expected all along and the reason he was unanimously drafted as the first QB off the board. What am I missing?
