feel like we can move holland nearly into the closer role at this point. maybe a small asterix since im not sure hes pitching on back to back days yet, but seems close

plus minter getting last nights save feels like hes gonna move more into a committee role with vizcaino

Guy in my league dropped Vizcaino for Minter. That doesn't seem correct, at worst for Viz they'll be sharing right?

If you could only have one or the other I'd prefer Minter even if they're sharing the job. Vizcaino seems highly likely to be traded and Minter will have better K's and ratios in my opinion, anyway.

Agree that I'd rather have Minter if I could only roster one. Ideally you don't want to drop Viscaino. At least not until he's traded

Why are you guys so sure Arodys is going to get traded?

I haven't heard anything like that, and I like to think I'm pretty well plugged in to what the Braves are doing.

Minter's fine, and should get saves vs. lefty-heavy 9th innings, but he does still walk too many guys

I think the chances of him being traded and given the closer job for his new team are about 0. That usually only happens with the truly elite closers like Chapman, Kimbrel, etc.
If Viscaino would be the new team's best reliever to close, I have a hard time seeing that team being in a position to be a buyer for bullpen arms in the first place.

These are exactly the types of speculative pickups I love making, and it's absolutely critical to find out about them before my very competitive league mates.

If you have any other unheard of minor league crushers who just get called up and mash in a small sample, by all means, being too early is far better than being too late

Betts left with hamstring strain, Myers oblique strain. Also Barraclough got save in place of Ziegler.

Also, are we cutting ties with Conforto yet? Losing playing time, and not hitting well coming off a shoulder injury, doesn't look good.

Streamed him in a bunch of leagues, was happy to see. He's staying with PIT for now, so seems like he'll be in rotation? No word on who is out yet though (that i've heard at least)
