Set his lineup based on projections or whatever so that it isn't an auto win for the team he's playing. Then we can get someone to take his team over. I can get someone today if need be.

No issues with somebody else taking over the team so long as that somebody doesn't own one of the other teams.

Until then, the optimal roster based on ESPN projections should be used. However, no waiver pickups/trades should be done by that team until a permanent owner is found.

As for being eligible for the cash prize, I'm fine with it. He put his money in. Though if you find a replacement owner, I think it'd be fair for the replacement to put $25 in and refund the original owner his $25.

No way the original owner gets a refund after this crap IYAM.

He missed the draft, pulled of these weird trades (fwiw I offered him more than the stuff he accepted), and then dropped his whole team.

I'd suggest the replacement owner plays for free but gets a much smaller part of the payouts and if he places top 3, then the top 4 are paid.

So maybe something like
30/140/90/40 if he places first
150/20/90/40 if he places second
150/100/10/40 if he places third

What do you guys think?

I think this all sounds fair to me, I'll see what other people think of it though before agreeing to anything.

BluffMyNuts has won the Championship matchup for $150, congrats!

I came 2nd for $100.

Chill-Brahck is leading by 18 points with Lindsay to play against Jordy Nelson in the 3rd place play off, so it's looking like he'll be winning the $50 for 3rd place, but who knows.

I'll be sending the money out tomorrow after the game is settled
