LMAO no

The idea that a nash equilibrium bot would NOT absolutely destroy a human is ****ing ******ed. Humans have no chance. Even that "good winning reg" sucks in absolute terms and would get creamed by the bot.

LLinusLLove only lost 0.5bb/100 (1bb/100 standard error) vs 5 Pluribus bots, which I believe converge to Nash equilibrium in HU pots (but not in multiway pots, where Nash equilibrium isn't necessarily best strategy when players deviate). Wouldn't call that destroyed. A lot of actions are mixed, so even if a reg ****s up the frequencies, you can still perform pretty good vs GTO bots

I'm not good with complicated logic and math.

Is it possible to demonstrate your points with a simple poker hand example?

The strategic dominance article is pretty interesting, but how do you prove GTO is a strategic dominant strategy?
A hand example:

Heads up; 100 BB stacks; No rake; Standard blinds.

Opponent goes all in preflop every hand.

It should be apparent why GTO is plus EV.

So probably you have no idea what a good reg is :-)

Best regs lose less 1bb/100 vs gto bots

You would probably lose much more...

There's only a small sample size of LL vs Pluribus for example though. Although, of course it's true that a good theoretical player will lose less to the bot than others of less skill.
