It varies a lot according to your player pool.
Have you got HEM or PT?
In HEM, you can go to the Opponents tab and you can see all kind of stats for the players in your database. You can also filter for different things, like stake level, winners only, 50+ hands etc.
e.g. Here's a snippet from my database of microzoom on Stars, where the average VPIP was about 21% and the average c-bet is about 52%:
